Brandon Reid and Taylor Dunklin appeared to have a lot of potential when these two first met on Married At First Sight, but their relationship ultimately plummeted during their honeymoon due to explosive arguments and Brandon’s cussing out toward producers. All things considered, Brandon’s refusal to co-operate with production seeped into his marriage with Taylor, which led to their downfall. Many fans have called Taylor one of the worst wives to appear on the show, though Brandon also belongs on the worst husband list. Following their divorce, they filed a restraining order against each other.

No marriage has ever been so explosive, yet so full of potential, as Taylor and Brandon’s messy relationship was. They truly could’ve been something amazing if they had embraced the process, committed to understanding one another, and adopted conflict-resolution tactics. However, they hurt each other too much and ended up considering divorce. Brandon claimed that Taylor pushed him, which she has denied. Taylor, in turn, accused Brandon of stalking her, which he also denied. Their back and forth was endless, and divorce was the only solution because their pairing was chaotic and might have veered onto a dangerous path.

Now, it seems like both Brandon Reid and Taylor Dunklin have moved on from their time on Married At First Sight. Brandon did not come to the reunion because of the restraining order that was in place, but his fellow castmate, Michael, did try to defend him. Following the show, Brandon has not present on social media, which is probably for the best, as he expressed disdain for it on the show. Brandon filed for a marriage annulment, alledging that he was frauded into marrying Taylor and that she was not even his match to begin with, as reported by Soap Dirt.

Taylor, on the other hand, has been enjoying life and taking vacations. The former Married At First Sight star looks amazing as she has been posting bikini-clad photos on the beach and soaking in the sun. Their marriage annulment does not appear to have stressed her too much, as she has been embracing life to its fullest. During her time on the show, she was not considered a fan favorite. But learning that she was potentially not meant to be paired with Brandon explains the clashing of personalities between the two of them. In fact, some fans would even say that Brandon was more of a villain than Chris Williams from season 12.

These two were an explosive pair, but considering that only one couple from their season of Married At First Sight is still together, it is safe to say that the experts were pairing them with their eyes closed. Austin Hurd and Jessica Sturder are the only couple who managed to survive the process, so the other couples should not feel too bad that they got divorced. This season was an overall dud and contributed greatly to the high failure rate of the show.
