Married at First Sight: Couples Cam brought back season 9 couple Beth and Jamie for a look inside their life in quarantine. In an exclusive clip shared with Screen Rant, the fan favorite couple share the Covid-19 testing process and their reaction to their positive results. Elizabeth "Beth" Bice and Jamie Thompson were the firecracker couple of season 9 whose passion for each other manifested in both romantic and toxic ways. Most remembered for their curse-filled arguments and candid discussions of their "basic Caucasian sex" life, Beth and Jamie's relationship was like a jack-in-the-box as audiences always waited for the next explosion to erupt.

Despite the volatile nature of their arguments and overall communication, the couple decided to stay married on decision day. After the season ended, the North Carolina couple relocated to the Bay Area in California. Jamie now works as a tech consultant while Beth breaks into the world of beauty influencing. Quarantine has certainly put a strain on the couple's already testy marriage, especially since they didn't anticipate being stuck indoors in their now cramped apartment.

In an exclusive Screen Rant clip, Jamie and Beth visit a drive-thru Covid-19 testing center. Beth explained that the pair had been sick for a few days, displaying symptoms compatible with a Covid-19 infection. They were also previously exposed to someone who had been diagnosed. Ten minutes after the off-screen testing agent collected a nasal sample via swab, the couple were told they tested positive for the virus. Following their diagnosis, the testing agent recommended that the couple self-quarantine for 14 days, and assist any contact-tracing offers that may reach out to them. Watch the reaction here.

The couple's positive Covid-19 diagnosis will put another strain on their relationship, adding onto the difficulties faced by couples living and working in a shared, confined space. Since their time on Couples Cam, audiences were reminded of how harrowing the spouses' arguments to be, often devolving from a disagreement to fiery exchange of below the belt blows. In the past, the couple decided to separate to individually contemplate the future of their marriage, ultimately deciding to live in separate states for a prolonged period of time.

However,  Beth and Jamie argue that their communication and understanding of one another is much stronger than it was during their time on season 9. Though they've taken a few breaks from each other, the Married at First Sight: Couples Cam stars have tried to make the best of their time in isolation, turning the pandemic into an opportunity to focus on each other and their marriage.
