A fan-made Mandalorian supercut shows all of the times Carl Weather's Greef Karga says "Mando" in season 1. The first Star Wars live-action series premiered last year alongside the launch of Disney+ and became a near-instant success. Both fans and critics praised the story of lone bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his tiny ward Baby Yoda (called the Child in canon), and excitement has been quite high for season 2, which just debuted this weekend. The Mandalorian season 2 will continue Din and Baby Yoda's journey to finding the latter a new home.

Along the way, they'll meet several new faces and reunite with some familiar ones. In the latter category is Greef Karga, the head of the Bounty Hunter's Guild. In season 1, Karga is the one who tasks Din with finding Baby Yoda, and it's him who initially turns on Din when the helmeted bounty hunter chooses to protect Baby Yoda. Karga spends some time in season 1 as an antagonist, but by the end, he proves to be a vital ally for Din. The trailers for The Mandalorian season 2 have confirmed Karga will return, and fans are excited to see what he'll do next.

Over the course of The Mandalorian so far, Din has acquired a few names for himself, with "Mando" becoming a rather popular phrase among fans. Karga in particular says it a lot during season 1, which is why NA8C likely made this supercut of all the times he calls Din "Mando." While not as long as some fans might expect, it does indicate that "Mando" is Karga's favorite nickname for Din. Check it out down below.

Mandalorians don't share their real names, so up until the season 1 finale, Karga didn't know Din's name. Therefore, it's no surprise that he's spent so much time calling Din "Mando". Only time will tell if he switches up this habit in season 2, though at this point, it would feel rather strange if he did. Now that Karga is on Din and Baby Yoda's side, the nickname feels like a badge of affection.

With The Mandalorian season 2 rolling out on a weekly schedule, it might be some time before fans see Karga's return. He'll join fellow returning player Cara Dune (Gina Carano), and it's expected both of them will aid Din in finding a safe home for Baby Yoda. There are still a lot of mysteries surrounding the powerful tyke, so hopefully The Mandalorian season 2 will provide some answers. It's a good thing the season has finally gotten underway; the wait should be coming to an end.
