Players around the world are finally able to hop into Monster Hunter Rise. Throughout the course of this new entry in the long-running franchise, players will track and bring down a huge variety of different creatures and employ a wide array of weapons and tools to get the job done. The better the gear that players have access to in-game then the easier a time they will have defeating monsters.
Just like in the real world though, the thing that makes the world go round in Monster Hunter Rise is money. With money or Zenny in the game's terms, players are able to invest in better equipment, upgrade their current items, or even purchase consumables to make survival more likely. Players who wish to make it very far in the game will want to have all the cash that they possibly can. This guide shows players how to make money fast in Monster Hunter Rise.
Monster Hunter Rise: How to Make Money Fast
Complete Monster Hunts - The most obvious way to earn money in the game is also one of the best ways to do so. Every time that the player completes a quest in Monster Hunter Rise they will be awarded a considerable amount of Zenny for their trouble. As the player progresses further into the game they will see that they have a wide selection of missions to choose from at any given time, so the best idea to try and pick missions that can be completed relatively quickly but still grant the player a decent amount of money. This will ensure that the player can maximize the amount of money that they are making.
Be Mindful When Buying and Selling Resources - One of the other ways that players can ensure that they have more money on their person at any given time is by paying attention when they are at the shop. Players will pick up a lot of different resources and items while out exploring the world that they probably won't ever need. If there are certain tools, items, or upgrade materials that a player will never use they are better off just selling those items to earn some cash. On the other hand, players should also be careful when purchasing items from the store as well. There are quite a few items that can actually be crafted fairly easily, so it makes little sense to spend money on them. Always check and see what can be crafted before picking things up from the store.
Use Kamura Points to Your Advantage - Many players may not realize at first that there is a secondary currency in the game that can be very helpful if they want to make some extra cash. Completing different quests will grant players with Kamura points that can be spent at a few different shops in-game just like Zenny. Players should definitely use these points when possible so that they don't waste their cash on certain purchases. Additionally, though players can use their Kamura points at the Argosy Shop to purchase some pretty rare items. For example, there are typically some crystals in the shop that can be purchased and then resold to earn Zenny. This is a pretty easy way to make money.
Collect Account Items When Possible - When the player is out completing missions they will occasionally come across Account Items. If a player has these in their possession and then brings them back to their Main Camp's Supply Box the item will be converted directly into Kamura Points, which can once again be used to get money. Players will need to acquire these items from certain gathering nodes or by hunting certain monsters.
Don't Forget the Dango Money Maker - Before using any of these methods to earn money players should also try to use the Dango Money Maker. This is a meal that the player can eat at the Canteen only when the Wealthy Man daily special is active, but it will increase the amount of money earned at the end of a quest by 30%. This can greatly add up over time so it is a great investment.
Monster Hunter Rise can be played on Nintendo Switch.
