A new video from the set of Luke Cage shows that the eponymous character not only continues to wear zip up hoodies but also doesn't care about the fact that they're filled with bullet holes. Considering that Luke Cage, played by Mike Colter, is bullet-proof, he doesn't really care what clothes he's wearing, especially now that everyone seems to know his identity. In fact, that's something that Colter has previously said will come into play in the show's second season.

Before Luke Cage goes off on his own, though, he'll be joining Daredevil (Charlie Cox), Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), and Iron Fist (Finn Jones) in Netflix's upcoming team-up series, The Defenders, later this summer, in which they will join forces to take down the Hand -- and presumably Elektra (Elodie Yung). Although fans are still waiting to hear about Iron Fist's future, additional seasons for the other three Defenders have already been confirmed, with Jessica Jones and Luke Cage's second seasons already filming, the latter of which began early last month.

Now that filming is well underway, several photos and videos from the set of Luke Cage have been leaking online. While many of them have shown the eponymous hero simply walking up and down different streets, one highlighted Luke's undying romance with Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson). Today, a new set video has emerged online showing the series filming in Brooklyn. Unlike previous set videos, this one differs slightly because viewers can clearly see that Luke's hoodie is riddled with bullet holes. It's worth noting that the jacket appears to be the same one that he wears in The Defenders, so perhaps he just hasn't had time to change yet? Take a look:

Although Jessica Jones was filming its second season back-to-back with The Defenders, Luke Cage only recently began principal photography. And since it's expected to have a bloated filming schedule that doesn't conclude until March 2018, fans likely won't see Luke's next solo chapter until the tail-end of next year, possibly around summertime. Jessica Jones is expected to debut first (since it began filming first), with Daredevil's upcoming third season bringing the year to a close, though it's possible that the latter series could be delayed to the following spring. After all, the past two Daredevil seasons both premiered in the springtime.

While people wait for the upcoming follow-up chapters to each vigilante's story, audiences also have this year's Punisher series to look forward to, featuring Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle, aka the Punisher. Furthermore, there's also the first season of The Defenders, which premieres next month. Although we know that Luke Cage survives the upcoming battle with the Hand, that doesn't mean things won't be different for him when he returns for his solo series next year.
