Little People, Big World viewers are surprised by Matt Roloff's decision to invite his younger son Jacob and his wife to come live on Roloff Farms amid the feud. Matt has been on the outs with his older sons, Jeremy and Zach, since talks broke down last summer over buying the farm. Now, it looks like Matt is trying to gather allies.

News reported by The Sun came as a surprise to viewers as they learned Jacob and his wife, Isabel Rock, have moved into a five-wheeler on the family farm. Their new place is located on a private plot of land that is under heavy construction beside the famed pumpkin patch on Roloff Farm. The couple and their son are now living on the farm full-time as they both help out Matt. A source close to the couple shared that Isabel and Jacob were renting a place near town but are now saving money. Even though trailers are often expensive, it could be a loan from Matt, which might have made the offer to stay on the farm more enticing.

The source close to Isabel and Jacob shared that the young couple has great aspirations for their life on the farm, noting they may even turn a used school bus into their perfect home. Currently, Jacob has yet to confirm or deny whether the couple is planning to stay permanently at Roloff Farm, but it seems as if Matt would like them to. The patriarch recently gave Jacob a shoutout for being so helpful around the farm, especially during their famed pumpkin season.

For now, it looks like Jacob is staying pretty close to the family farm. Matt originally put the property up for $4 million but recently announced he has taken it off the market in order to try plan B, which is to rent the big house out to visitors. Even though there is no pricing available yet, Matt shared it would come down to demand and what season it was. Viewers will recall Matt had always wanted his children to take over the farm, but he recently priced out his son from the dream.

While it makes sense for Jacob and Isabel to live on the farm to save money, Little People, Big World viewers feel that Matt is sending the wrong message. It could be that he really needs his son's help, but most viewers agree he has enough farm hands and is embracing Jacob in order to hurt Zach. As far as Matt is concerned, the rest of the Roloff family doesn't seem to mind, and it helps that Jacob gets along with Caryn Chandler.
