The first five men of Love Island USA season 4's cast have been revealed. The guys will compete to win the hearts of the five female Love Island USA contestants announced yesterday. The new season begins streaming on Peacock July 19th, and fans are eager for the show's return.
The dating series, based on Love Island UK, puts young, single contestants into a villa on the California coast. Islanders will "couple up" with one another, but remain open to exploring other connections. While the standard formula is staying intact, the upcoming season brings some major changes. To start, the show will now be on Peacock, after three seasons on CBS. And actress Sarah Hyland takes over as host from Arielle Vanderberg. Ahead of the revamped season, viewers now have a sneak peak of the first male Islanders.
On Tuesday, July 12th, E! Online posted the first look at Love Island USA season 4's men, who will compete to find love and receive the cash prize, last won by Korey Gamble and Olivia Kaiser. In addition to their photos, the upcoming contestants also provided personal information so viewers could get to know them. The men's ages ranged from early 20s to early 30s. Youngest Islander Isaiah Campbell, 21, is looking for a relationship like Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, who he describes as "family oriented" and "both alphas." The waiter, who loves cooking and cleaning, called his back is his best feature, boasting, "Check the Instagram comments on my pics." The oldest contestant, 32-year-old Felipe Gomes, is an international model who's lived in 10 different countries, and currently resides in Dubai. The São Paulo native loves Speedos and speaks Portuguese, calling it "an easy way to turn women on." The Love Island USA newcomer also called himself "a great lover," and claims to have slept with over 200 women.
23-year-old Minneapolis realtor Andy Voyen listed fishing, skiing, and tubing as hobbies, plus poker and cornhole. Calling Margot Robbie his celebrity crush, Andy usually goes for blondes like Love Island USA alum MacKenzie Dipman, but thinks he'll end up with a brunette. Regardless of hair color, he wants "confident, independent, and trustworthy women only." 27-year-old Houston resident Jesse Bray, whose celeb crush is Karreuche Tran, is a courier. The Ohio native is obsessed with milk, "preferably good ole fashion Vitamin D," and drinks "3-4 gallons per week." Jesse, who can put his legs behind his head, also wishes he could give a bear a hug, as bears are his spirit animal. When asked who he'd want to meet on Love Island USA, he answered Socrates, adding, "it would be a day filled with laughter."
Finally, 29-year-old Timmy Pandolfi is a personal trainer and real estate agent who moved from New York City to Los Angeles. Timmy 's terrified of snakes, and can "low-key" play guitar after learning to in church. As for his perfect woman, the shrimp enthusiast said kindness is key, "like his mother." However, Timmy may not be the last of the OG men. As with Love Island USA season 3 stars Cinco and Will, the show usually sends in one or two "bombshell" contestants near the end of day one. These Islanders are meant to mix things up. However, viewers will have to wait to see if Peacock continues that twist.
With all this information about the first 10 Islanders on Love Island USA, viewers can start guessing which men will go for which girl, and vice versa. However, as past seasons have shown, it's best to expect the unexpected with this particular dating show. After a year-long hiatus, the show is coming back very soon. And fans can look forward to even more summers of love, as Peacock also ordered Love Island USA season 5.
