3. Hugo's Recoupling Speech  (Season 7)

Chaotic contestant Toby Aromolaran constantly had his head turned before finally settling down with Chloé Burrows. When he decided to try things with Abi Rawlings by pieing off Chloé, Hugo Hammond stepped in like a knight in shining armor, saying she deserved better. Love Island UK recouplings aren't superficial entertainment, as they are always very intense. However, arguments tend to happen between past couples, rather than fellow islanders. Nonetheless, Toby had no qualms about pulling Hugo aside, stating it was "f****** muggy," and calling his ex-friend a "girl chaser." Although the speech caused tension within the villa, many viewers said that it was the type of drama that the show needed, since plenty of people dubbed season 7 the most boring yet.

2. Stormzy Makes An Appearance (Season 3)

Stormzy

There's a history of celebrities being fans of the show, but it's not common for them to try and start arguments with the contestants. Then, Stormzy made his opinions on Olivia Attwood very clear, after stating that she wasn't good enough for Chris Hughes. Little did Stormzy know that his tweet would feature in the annual Twitter challenge, where islanders would guess which of their fellow contestants were being written about in featured tweets. Although reality star Olivia from Love Island UK appeared unbothered by the comment, a row ensued straight after the challenge. A week later, Chris (along with Kem Cetinay and Marcel Somerville) were practicing their rapping performance for the talent show when Stormzy showed up on the screen. He was ready to pass on his best advice to the guys. However, he didn't escape Olivia's wrath, as she decided to confront him about the tweet.

1. Maura Confronting Tom  (Season 5)

After winning the challenge, Maura Higgins and Tom Walker won access to the hideaway. Unfortunately, Tom felt entitled to make a sly comment to the boys about whether he would get lucky while he was there, stating, "Let's see if she's all mouth or not." While it's true that Maura from Love Island UK didn't hide her interest in sex, his remark was boorish and uncalled for. To say that Maura's reaction was worthy of an acting award would be an understatement. With quotes too profane to repeat here, she made Love Island UK history.
