Josh Goldstein got a new tattoo to honor his late sister, Lindsey Beth Goldstein, who passed away while he was filming Love Island USA season 3 along with his partner Shannon St Claire. Most of the time that Josh spent inside the Love Island villa was an incredible love story. He met his perfect match, Shannon, on the very first day on set. They stayed together all season long, overcoming all the obstacles and new distractions that came between them.

In many ways, Josh and Shannon were poised to win Love Island USA season 3 with ease. After all, they were a day-one couple that never wavered from their feelings for each other. Josh did get distracted once in the competition, but once he realized how much that actually hurt Shannon, Josh proceeded to right his wrongs and never repeated that mistake. Unfortunately, Josh and Shannon's time on Love Island was cut short when news came that his sister had passed away. They left the villa immediately and have been together ever since.

Now, Josh has gotten a new tattoo to honor his late sister, Lindsey Beth. As seen below, Josh and Shannon shared a few Instagram Stories of him getting the new ink. The tattoo is a beautiful drawing of a stairway to heaven, and it includes two heaven gate doors opening up. Within the drawing, Josh included the day when Lindsey Beth reportedly passed away: August 4, 2021. This has been an absolutely tragic period of time for the Goldstein family, but Josh has found a few different ways to honor his sister. It's been said that Lindsey Beth was a huge fan of the Love Island franchise and absolutely loved seeing her very own brother on the show.

All things considered, Josh has done his best to keep up with his newfound fame and develop his relationship with Shannon. Josh lives in Boston and Shannon lives in Philadelphia, but the couple has plans to move in together in the near future. Meanwhile, they've both taken several trips to meet up in different places and spend time together. Josh has publicly called Shannon his "rock" throughout this post-season of Love Island USA. Coming out of a major reality series is always complex, but Josh's post-show experience also included the unexpected death of his sister, which is a lot for anyone to deal with.

Thankfully, it seems like Josh has the right support system around him to help him get through this tragedy and enjoy the great relationship he found on Love Island USA season 3. This tattoo is his latest attempt to honor his late sister and show how much he misses her. It is indeed a touching tribute to someone who was clearly very special to him.
