According to ESPN, Cinco - aka Melvin Holland Jr - is a wide receiver who is originally from Ashburn, Virginia. As a college football athlete, Cinco played for the Minnesota Golden Gophers during two seasons (2015-2016, 2017-2018). The Gophers are a college football team from the University of Minnesota. Cinco then played for the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles for one season (2018-2019). The Golden Eagles are a team from the Tennessee Technological University. Considering Cinco's body type, physical build, and athletic skills shown in the Love Island USA challenges, it is not surprising at all that he's had a long career as a football player. And after a great start in season 3, Cinco's presence keeps growing among the fans and the other islanders. Going into episode 6, there are as many as four women actively pursuing Cinco in the villa. In turn, the fans also seem to be having fun watching his storylines with Cashay Proudfoot, Trina Njoroge, and newcomers Lei-Yen Rapp and Roxy Ahmad. Now that his football career is also coming up, who knows? Maybe Cinco's love pentagon will get even more complicated once we get to Casa Amor.
