Cashay Proudfoot and Cinco have finally reunited after their respective eliminations on Love Island USA season 3, and the fans are officially freaking out! Cash and Cinco were introduced on day one of season 3. Cash had initially coupled up with Christian Longnecker upon first impressions, but as soon as Cinco walked into the villa alongside Will Moncada, Cashay set her sights on pursuing Cinco. Things between them went well for a bit, but Cinco's head was turned when Trina Njoroge expressed an interest in him.
Thankfully, Cashay and Trina's friendship was strong enough to survive the Cinco love triangle that they found themselves in during Love Island USA, but that's not to say that it was particularly easy. Cinco eventually did re-couple with Trina and appeared to catch feelings for her, but his undeniable connection with Cash kept playing a role in that new relationship. Toward the end of his journey on Love Island, Cinco was certain that his feelings for Cash were stronger than what he had with Trina.
Unfortunately, both Cashay Proudfoot and Cinco (a.k.a. Melvin Holland Jr) have been dumped from Love Island USA at this point in time. Cinco was sent home first on day 24, but Cash's elimination quickly followed on day 29. Now, Cash and Cinco are thankfully reconnecting in the outside world. On Sunday, August 8, Cashay shared Instagram Stories of herself bumping into Cinco at the airport, and you can watch that video below as it was re-shared by @aftertheisland. Also included below is an Instagram Story shared by Javonny Vega (re-posted by @loveislandfanpageph) where he video-called Cashay and Cinco together. Last but not least, Cinco's father, Melvin Holland Sr, tweeted out photos (seen below) of him hanging out with Cinco and Cash after they all had dinner together.
Cinco explained multiple times that he wasn't sure if he and Cashay would be able to pick things right back up after their time on Love Island USA. However, it appears that they are spending a lot of time together. Furthermore, it is now clear that Cinco introduced Cash to his father, and that she also had a nice dinner with them. It is important for the fans to always be cautious before jumping to conclusions after seeing certain social media posts. With that said, spending a lot of time together and making family introductions indicate that something could happen between them outside the villa after all.
The fans who had been shipping the Cash and Cinco romance on Love Island will be very happy to see these new social media developments. Overall, though, one should hope that these two individuals will find love and happiness in their lives - with or without each other.
