Love Is Blind season 4 is back with the first five episodes of the season as well as five proposals. The first three episodes of the reality dating show featured several love triangles as cast members struggled to decide who they wanted to spend the rest of their lives with without being able to see their partners' faces. So far, Love Is Blind season 4 is shaping up to be a good one.
Love was in the air during Love Is Blind season 4, as newcomer Kwame Appiah was so smitten with Micah Lussier that he asked if he could stop the experiment and propose to her after just six days of talking through the pods. However, Micah asked to continue getting to know people. As with previous seasons, Love Is Blind season 4 challenges cast members to connect with people emotionally rather than physically. The process led to a lot of sparks, as well as drama, tears, and romantic competition. However, five women accepted proposals by the end of episode 3.
6 Brett Brown & Tiffany Pennywell
Brett Brown and Tiffany Pennywell are the first couple on Love Is Blind season 4 to get engaged and the only engaged couple to not get caught up in a love triangle. Brett and Tiffany's main issue was her falling asleep when he professed his love; however, that didn't stop him from proposing in episode 2. “You get me, you understand me and you want me to be a better man,” Brett declared to Tiffany. "You’re perfect," he later said when they met for the first time in person. “You are absolutely gorgeous inside and out," a smitten Brett gushed.
Judging from the first three episodes of Love Is Blind season 4 alone, Brett and Tiffany are already strong contenders to be a lasting couple. Based on previous seasons, only two couples will actually go through with marriage when the big day comes around. Tiffany and Brett appeared to have really connected in the pods and were not distracted by other connections. They got engaged first and also shared an obvious physical attraction toward each other. The couple, like their fellow engaged pairs, will get to experience a getaway in Mexico before moving in together, planning a wedding, meeting friends and family, and maybe tying the knot.
5 Paul Peden & Micah Lussier
Micah broke Kwame's heart when she chose Paul, while Paul also broke Amber Wilder's heart when he revealed he was going to propose to Micah. However, Micah and Paul believed in what Micah called their "slow-burn" romance, while she classified Kwame as more of an instant connection. “I want to continue to burn with you for the rest of my life," Micah told Paul when he proposed to her during episode 2. "It was definitely one of the greatest moments of my life," Paul said when he met Micah in person for the first time. “You’re so handsome,” Micah gushed Paul, who she might be marrying in a few weeks.
4 Jackelina Bonds & Marshall Glaze
Like Paul and Micah, Jackelina Bonds and Marshall Glaze were also involved in a love triangle. Jackie was caught between "sweet" and "sensitive" Marshall and "strong" and "masculine" Josh Demas. However, Jackie followed her heart and went with Marshall after Josh threatened to leave the show if she didn't pick him. Marshall proposed to Jackie during episode 3. “Of course I’ll marry you, I’ll marry you 1000 times," Jackie responded to Marshall. “Hands down she’s everything I could have ever imagined and then some,” Marshall said after they met in person. Marshall even admitted that their first kiss was the best moment of his life.
3 Chelsea Griffin & Kwame Appiah
While Kwame first wanted to propose to Micah in Love Is Blind season 4, he ultimately proposed to Chelsea Griffin. Chelsea and Kwame connected more after Micah chose Paul, and he even wrote and performed a song for her. "I feel like our love story was the most beautiful slow dance. It was secure and soft and healthy and loving,” Chelsea exclaimed in awe. "I’ve never had somebody so f****** into me,” Kwame admitted about Chelsea in an interview. He proposed to his potential future wife in episode 3. Chelsea and Kwame showed immediate chemistry when they met each other for the first time, as sparks flew for the engaged couple.
2 Zack Goytowski & Irina Solomonova
Zack Goytowski and Irina Solomonova were the final couple to get engaged in the pod stage of Love Is Blind season 4. Zack had a difficult decision to make, as he was drawn to Irina but shared a deep connection with Bliss Poureetezadi. However, Zack chose Irina in the end as he said he trusted her more. "With you the connection is just fire. I’m just drawn to you," Zack said, though he expressed fear that Irina was "vicious." Irina accepted Zack's proposal during episode 3 but seemed uncertain when she met her Love Is Blind partner in person. Unlike the other couples, Irina and Zack did not kiss when they met.
1 What's Next For Love Is Blind Season 4 Viewers?
Love Is Blind season 4 has a lot more drama to come. Episodes 1-5 were released on March 24, with episodes 4 and 5 showing the couples enjoying a getaway to Mexico. They will also show all the Love Is Blind season 4 cast members meeting for the first time, including former flames Kwame and Micah. The rest of the season will be released weekly, with episodes 6-8 dropping on March 31, episodes 9-11 dropping on April 7, and the big finale of episode 12 airing on April 14. By April 14, viewers will know which of the couples said "I do" and which couples ended their relationships.
