Danielle Ruhl is an associate marketing director who is competing for love on Love Is Blind season 2. The new season is set to start streaming on Netflix this Friday, February 11, more than two years since the first season aired. Danielle, along with the rest of the season 2 cast, will have to follow the same steps and rules as the season 1 contestants.
Fans who watched Love Is Blind season 1 may recall that 30 men and women were placed in an undisclosed location, where they had to speak to each other in what they call "pods." The purpose of this experiment is to see whether or not men and women need physical attraction to fall in love.
While this process may not work for some people, Love Is Blind season 1 did see two couples get married, and are still together as of February 2022. Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton found love together immediately while dating in the pods and their love only grew once they saw each other for the first time. Matthew Barnett and Amber Pike also sparked a connection in and out of the pods, despite a few ups and downs in their relationship throughout the process. Hopefully, Danielle is just as lucky and will meet her match in the pods.
