Rory Newbrough, a relationship guru for the show Love is Blind had actually got engaged on the show. Some of the contestant’s special moments did not make the cut as the same happened with Rory’s big moment.

Netflix has decided to release a dating reality show of their own called Love is Blind. The premise of the show is for singles to try and find a significant other to fall in love with; the only catch is the singles must do this without ever laying eyes on one another. Viewers will watch as the couples try and form an emotional connection without the interruption of physical attraction. Netflix is veering from its usual layout and releasing each episode in chunks instead of the first season at once.

Rory decided to still hang around the other men even though he was not featured on the series for his engagement according to Inquisitr.  The reality star chose to propose to Danielle Drouin, who only appeared in a few shots at the very begining of the series which is hosted by 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey and his wife, Vanessa. Rory was a 28-year-old consultant and content creator from Alpharetta, Georgia who had been self employed for the last year. While Danielle was a 29-year-old yoga instructor who hailed from Atlanta and who also dabbled in modeling.

Rory and Danielle were apparently together for the beginning of the filming of the Netflix hit, but then went their separate ways. Danielle moved on and began to date another contestant, Matt Thomas which was confirmed by the show’s creator, Chris Coelen. While the two Netflix stars ended up getting back together during the show, fans do not know if they ended spending time with the other couples in Mexico, but viewers were aware that they were not present for the group dates that took place at the tropical resort.

Fans of the streaming franchise fell in love with the idea of people falling in love though a wall while sitting in separate pods. The first five episodes have been released and Netflix viewers have been eating them up. A sneak peek at the second half of the show has shown even more in-depth drama to these couple’s love lives. Both contestants have posted multiple times explain how happy and grateful they were to be apart of such a fun experiment even though, in the end. They did not stay together.
