Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton won over the hearts of millions with their Love is Blind love story. They started the series as complete strangers but found love rather quickly. Lauren and Cameron became the “it couple” of the series. They felt an instant connection and the rest is Netflix history.

Cameron and Lauren made history by being one of only two couples to go through with their wedding. Things weren’t all sunshine and rainbows as they had to make major adjustments like meeting each other’s family, cultural and racial differences, and Lauren giving up her single life to make room for married life. Despite their obstacles, they overcame it all and made many Love is Blind fans ecstatic with their wedding.

After Love is Blind aired the final episode, and the couple could confirm their marriage, Lauren and Cameron launched a Youtube channel called “Hanging with the Hamiltons.” The channel includes vlogs, Q&As, skits, and much more. It’s a good way for fans to keep up with their favorite Love is Blind couple. On April 1, Lauren and Cameron released a video called “Quarantine Diaries: Will Lauren & Cam’s relationship survive?” It is a skit-vlog about how the couple is dealing with being quarantined together because of the coronavirus.

It starts with the couple being very optimistic about handling the virus, and then it escalates from there. First they’re happily playing a Cheez-It tossing game, and a few days later, the same game is a major cause of tension. Little quirky habits that used to be cute, like talking about conspiracy theories and rapping has now irritated both to oblivion. A very family friendly game of Uno becomes the start of a potential war. Their poor fur baby Sparx is brought into the middle of all the drama.

The video reaches its climax when Lauren and Cameron start fighting over the dishes. The fight leads to some much needed makeup sex. It seems to defuse the situation, but things could always get heated again with being stuck together so long.

Lauren and Cameron were both hilarious in this video. The video was clever, funny, and well-acted, though you could tell that Cameron was ready to laugh during their fake fight. The Uno scene, Cameron’s rap, and the whole weird cloning part were definitely the highlights. Those scenes had us cracking up. We hope they continue to do funny, unique content like this for future “Hanging with the Hamiltons” videos.
