Fans know the fated tale. Vincent, in all of his yearning to find a connection, came across Amber while she was in prison. It wasn't long after they began talking that Vincent fell in love in season 2 and began bringing up marriage. Everything seemed to be going well until Amber was finally released from prison. Unable to visit due to documentation issues, Vincent was never able to see her while she was incarcerated. When Amber met Vincent after she got out, it was the first time she ever met him, and the first time she'd kissed a man in four years. Although Vincent was head over heels, Amber said she felt nothing but awkward during the encounter. The situation only got worse as time went on. Vincent constantly made efforts to be intimate both physically and emotionally, and was shocked when Amber refused to reciprocate. Amber was filled with a distrust for him, feeling as though he was up to no good, but in the end it was her who did the scamming. After using Vincent to buy a new mattress and even procure a nice life for herself and her previous inmate, Puppy, the two split. With his hopes of love dashed, Vincent went out to see if he would find someone else, still motivated that he would find love.
His patience paid off because in June of this year, he did! In a recent video he uploaded to YouTube, he was seen proposing to his current girlfriend in a Carrabba's restaurant, according to Soap Dirt. From the video, it's obvious they are matching each other's energy. It seems that Vincent has finally found someone who reciprocates his feelings. The two were all smiles as they shared an appetizer and made their way through their entrées. Eventually, Vincent dropped to one knee and his love eagerly answered "yes."
Not only does his future bride return his feelings, but she also has a similar, hopeful outlook on life. Vincent's hope and courage after a love lost is proof of that. Vincent's fans are happy to see him in love again, and this time with someone who has no ulterior motives. After he posted the video, he received an outpour of well-wishes and congrats. "Congrats!" one fan commented, "That girl on the show did you so dirty. I'm so glad to see you found someone who appreciates you! Many blessings to y'all." Clearly Vincent's previous naivety with his relationship with Amber hasn't stopped him from finding something true. However, some may be wondering about Amber. Where is she now?
From some of her last videos from the show on WEtv, she was last seen speaking to her friend Puppy, reassuring her that they will still have a good life. She confessed on camera that she is just enjoying her life, and accepting love if it comes. For now, she is working and staying close with Puppy and her mother. Her last post to Instagram was from two days ago, boasting about some much needed hang-out time with her sister. But hopefully fans will hear more from Vincent and his new fiancé!
