One of the free unlockable Mounts that players can get in Lost Ark is the Turtle Mount, a massive, charming reptile whose shell is large enough to be a seat. The rideable creature comes in three different color variants: Green Moss, Yellow Moss, and Azure Moss. The questline tied to the Turtle Mount is quite extensive, so players must be ready for a lengthy fetch quest to earn their turtle.
Lost Ark Steam players must be at least Level 50 in order for the Turtle Mount quest to become available; otherwise, they cannot start their journey. Once this condition has been met, fans can head to Turtle Island, a small isle located in the waters between Anikka and Pleccia. After arriving on the island, the quest giver, Tatan, will be sitting near the area's entrance near two Sunbathing Turtle. As a turtle, Tatan has no words for the player, yet somehow they can transmit the details of the required tasks. The quest provided is called "The Turtle and the Boy" and is the first part of a 5-series questline.
After interacting with Tatan, players should head a few paces to the left to speak with Flynn, who will direct them to talk to Baham, a gigantic talking turtle inside a cave. Once all the tasks on Turtle Island are done, Western Lost Ark players must travel to several locations across the world map to progress the quest. It is recommended that players take the Ocean Liner to fast travel to the farther areas, as sailing about manually will take considerably longer.
Where To Get The Turtle Mount In Lost Ark
The second part is called "To Look Like a Turtle," during which players must travel to Changhun in Anikka to get Flynn a turtle outfit. Speak with Ringling, the textile merchant in Delphi Township, and complete the task of driving out a Thief from his field. Next, "To Breathe like a Turtle" has Lost Ark players travel to Arthetine to make a Turtle Shell with the Equipment Crafter.
To complete the fourth segment, "To Dive Like a Turtle," Lost Ark players on Steam need to go to Port Krona in Vern Talk and collect a hundred Spectral Breaths in Fesnar Highland for Vern Castle Magick Scholar Irene. Once this is done, players can finally return to Flynn to complete "To the Sea." One of the rewards the player will receive is a Jewel Coral. This coral can be traded with Florian, the Luxury Goods Merchant in the Origins of Stern (Arthetine), for one of three Turtle Mounts in Lost Ark.
