A Post-Op Reading

Most surgery patients barely have enough energy to focus on their loved ones, but Theresa Caputo not only worked to preserve her iconic bob in a hairnet but also reach out to her hospital nurse to give him reading. perhaps this is funny in a conventional sense, but the context of this reading is what's ironic and just goes to show that even right after surgery, Theresa Caputo has two priorities in this world 1. her hair and 2. her connection to the spirit world.

Of Cannolis, Coffee, and Spirit

While going for a good ole' cup of joe with her family, Theresa made the point to seek the show owner out and give the woman a reading that focuses on her deceased loved ones. Apparently in such a dedicated family-run business, even in death, Theresa is connecting with the staff.

Talking Italian

Theresa Caputo is a proud Italian woman, and so audiences were not surprised when she decided to take some classes to further her Italian -speaking capabilities. Not only as of the reality star fashionably late to the first class, but she also couldn't help but be a self-proclaimed "chatterbox." Once she got quiet, audiences knew someone in the class was about to be given a reading, however.

In the middle of a paranormal reading (and while the person being read was getting emotional), Theresa went and hysterically asked how to say "Ireland", the location of which a Spirit identified with, in Italian; she didn't want to detract from the learning in the class, but when Spirit calls, she must answer.

Jet Ski Spirit

While Theresa Caputo was learning how to ride and drive a jet ski, her nerves were afoot. As could be seen when she excitedly asked her instructor, "How fast are we going?" Of which the woman responded "Only eight miles an hour." Theresa thought they were going twenty miles an hour.

The two women weren't the only people enjoyed the jet ski, in the middle of the lesson, Theresa channeled the woman's grandfather, thus delaying the jet ski race.

Pole Dancing Reaction

Theresa's daughter, Victoria, who is a daddy's girl, decided she wants to take pole dancing lessons. Certainly, this was bound to be a hysterical moment in the Caputo house, as Victoria's father was dumbfounded at this development. The idea of his little girl around a pole was not something he ever thought would happen. It was also funny to watch Theresa attempt to sell her husband on their daughter's decision, claiming you can compete like it's a sport. Meanwhile, her husband looks like Popeye after eating spinach.

Theresa's Pit Stop

In the same episode where Theresa and her husband dare surprising Victoria was a sneak attack visit regarding the pole dancing lessons, Theresa takes her husband on a detour for food, claiming she will need the extra energy to deal with Victoria.

While at the supposed quick stop, Theresa not only comically complains about the vast pastry options while on a diet, but also takes time to give another stranger a reading. This disregard for the timely purpose of the drive is amusing to watch as her husband, who is still upset with the developments about his daughter is forced to sit back and wait for Theresa to finish.

Theresa Officiates A Wedding

When Greg and Pauline ask Theresa if she could officiate their wedding, she reacts like an excited family member by squealing into the phone about how they were meant to be together.

Theresa proved to be an excitable and funny ordained minister because she not only took the event seriously but also made quippy one-liners to keep the couple a tease. It wasn't until after the ceremony that Theresa was back to her iconic endeavors; she begins surprising wedding guests with readings for their deceased loved ones. While this was an incredibly emotional episode, audiences couldn't help but be amused that Theresa still channeled Spirit at a wedding that she was only meant to officiate.

Theresa Changes Her Hair Style

Theresa decides to drastically change her iconic hairstyle and surprise Larry when she gets home. In the end, the longer brown hair was only a wig, but it was a comical skit that Theresa put on, and it was even funnier to watch her husband pretend Theresa's new identity was a person in search for a reading rather than his wife incognito.

The Holiday Spirit

While the holiday spirit is known for family traditions, family meals, and emotional memories with deceased loved ones, Theresa decides to it's time to switch the holiday up, by altering her meatball recipe. While at the meat shop, she gives the worker an iconic impromptu reading, then she reads a couple during a scheduled appointment. After those two readings, there's a third one while Larry is shopping for a Christmas costume.

Everything seems to be going the typical course for this episode until audiences see Larry dressed up as Santa during the third impromptu reading. While Theresa is taking her role as a Medium seriously, and this encounter is emotional, her disregard for Larry hanging out as Santa is what makes this moment one of the funniest of the show.

Food Pantry

In another holiday episode, the Caputo family decides to volunteer at a food pantry to give back to the community. With the best intentions, Theresa can't help but resist the hairnet's elastic oppression of her iconic bob.
