New character posters shine a light on Loki episode 5's Variants. Marvel's third Disney+ series is the streamer's most popular yet thanks to the spotlight finally being shone on Tom Hiddleston's fan-favorite character. The series follows a 2012 version of Loki after he escapes during the Avengers' Time Heist in Endgame. Leaving the scene with the Tesseract sends the Time Variance Authority after him as they seek to stop the Nexus event that he created. Of course, not everything is as it seems and as Loki becomes embroiled in the machinations of the TVA, the mystery begins to unravel and Loki gets caught up in a massive conspiracy involving overlording robot Time Keepers and a malicious Judge Ravonna Renslayer.

Loki also finds himself working with Sylvie AKA Lady Loki, played by Sophia Di Martino. In their efforts to uncover the mysteries of the TVA, they both end up being "pruned," sent to the Void at End of Time where the answers to all their questions may lie. It is in the Void where they run into even more Loki Variants, including Richard E. Grant's Classic Loki, Kid Loki, Boastful Loki, President Loki, and even Alligator Loki. Now, those hoping for a closeup of these versions of Loki have finally gotten their wish.

Marvel released a series of posters spotlighting each of the main Variants introduced in Loki episode 5. In the format of past character posters, these Lokis are shown front-and-center in the one-sheets. Classic Loki and Boastful Loki are up first, followed by Kid Loki and the briefly seen President Loki. Last up, but certainly not least, is Alligator Loki, who gets a poster and tweet all to himself. Whether or not these Loki Variants appear again remains to be seen. Classic Loki finished off episode 5 by making a grand sacrifice, distracting Alioth with a conjured version of Asgard before being swallowed by the cloud-like monster. Kid Loki and Alligator Loki's fates are currently unknown as Loki and Sylvie continue on beyond the Void and Mobius returns to the TVA. As for President Loki, well, he's most likely dead or, at the very least, incapacitated after his fight with the other Loki Variants in Kid Loki's lair.

There's still a chance that another Loki Variant could appear, though. While many think that Kang the Conqueror is the one behind the TVA, it seems possible that another Loki could be the one behind everything. With so many Loki Variants sent to the End of Time, it's not out of the question that another managed to best Alioth and craft a home beyond the Void like the one seen at the end of Loki episode 5. Luckily, answers may be coming - the season finale of the show will release this Wednesday and hopefully pull back the curtain on the mystery completely.
