Zach and Tori Roloff love to keep fans updated about their growing family on Instagram, but Little People, Big World fans feel they have a reason to be concerned about the couple's oldest son, Jackson Roloff. LPBW showed Jackson growing up onscreen and saw his excitement as he became a big brother. At only five years old, he has captured the hearts of Little People, Big World fans.

Little People, Big World's Zach Roloff has shared his family's story since he was 14 years old. Zach is Amy and Matt Roloff's oldest out of their four children and the only one of his siblings to be born with achondroplasia. Growing up, the reality star has had to endure countless corrective surgeries, and most recently, he had to have an emergency shunt revision. All three of Zach and Tori's children have the same genetic condition, which will most likely require extensive surgeries in the future as they continue to grow.

Little People, Big World Fans Are Worried About Jackson Roloff

Concern about Jackson and the complications he may be facing as a result of his achondroplasia is ongoing. Jackson did have leg surgery in 2021 to correct his legs, as well as another surgery prior to that to help slow down his bone growth and guide the bones into a straighter position. However, the invasive surgeries have only been able to do so much at his age since he is still growing. Reddit user u/n4life74 started a thread about the possibility of Little People, Big World season 25 being filmed.

The post featured a photo of Zach and Jackson side by side on a second story that was built. Fans in the comments couldn't help but notice Jackson's legs seemed extremely bowed. They were worried that the little boy may be in pain and uncomfortable. A Reddit user commented on the thread, writing, "Poor Jackson can't even place his feet flat on the ground."

Little People, Big World Fans Wonder If Jackson's Surgery Helped Him At All

Tori and Zach were concerned that something went wrong with Jackson's leg surgery since he wasn't progressing at the rate the doctors had expected him to. Tori, in particular, was worried that his legs weren't healing correctly, but now that Jackson has made a full recovery, the surgery hasn't slowed him down. He is still active and enjoys running and playing soccer with Zach.

Even though the surgery seems to have gone as expected, Little People, Big World fans can't help but question if the surgery made a noticeable difference for Jackson. Another Reddit user commented on the thread, "I’m so confused about the outcome of Jackson’s leg surgery… did it make them even a little better? Worse? I cannot imagine that to be comfortable to walk that way… his hips, knees, and ankles must surely be in pain - if not now, then certainly over time."

Even though life may not necessarily be easy for them, Tori and Zach won't let their kids be defined by achondroplasia. Zach has certainly had his share of difficult moments on Little People, Big World, but he doesn't let his genetic condition hold him back from accomplishing anything he wants. He is instilling that same sense of confidence and self-esteem in his own children and teaching them that there is no limit to what they can do.
