Lisa weighed over 630 pounds when she first appeared on My 600-Lb Life season 10 in 2021. Lisa had been bedridden for the past few years, with a doctor even stating her bones could break if she attempted to stand. Lisa’s reasoning for seeking out Dr. Now helped to provide a better relationship with her children and grandchildren. While on the show, Dr. Now recommended several physical therapists and nutritionists for Lisa to help her with her mobility and weight issues. However, instead of listening to the medical officials, Lisa was notorious for throwing tantrums and being rude to those who tried to help her.

It was making too much noise for the cameras.” Lisa continued, sharing, “I was in [the hospital] for like a month trying to get my kidneys back up. I still have side effects.”
