Chloe Price is one of those characters that just stands out. As one of the poster girls for the Life Is Strange series, her face is everywhere both in the games and in the media. With bright blue hair, a smattering of tattoos, and an attitude befitting her punk-rock persona, it's no wonder that fans are drawn to Chloe and her image—which makes her a perfect character to cosplay as.

Unlike some more fantastical video game characters, Chloe is comparatively more relatable, and many fans enjoy cosplaying as her because of that. With the remake of the original series coming out this fall, there is more reason than ever to embody the spirit and look of everyone's favorite rebel girl.

Riot Grrrl

One of the most popular Lets Plays for Life Is Strange comes from the channel Geek Remix, hosted by geeky ladies Mari and Stacy. The latter in particular felt a deep connection with Chloe's character, and it was so inspiring to her that Chloe became her first cosplay character. The channel has become synonymous with Life Is Strange's online presence on YouTube, so it's only fitting that Stacy can rock the Chloe look so well.

Warrior Queen

Another hardcore Chloe fan is Marine Cosplay, who has a plethora of different Chloe styles on display. A particularly eye-catching one is their Callamastia Chloe where they cosplay as Chloe's DnD character in the beginning of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm.

Chloe has a lot in common with her elf barbarian counterpart; they're both bold, brash, and incredibly brave. Marine captured this effortlessly in their cosplay with just a touch of that classy Chloe sass that fans love so dearly.

Be Reborn

Chloe Pierce cosplay by Instagram user Ariderion.

Chloe is many things: part punk, part sentimental, and, in large part, stunning. Cosplayer Ariderion always manages to capture this essence of Chloe that is haltingly beautiful, and this is especially seen in their portrayal of "new hair Chloe" in Before The Storm.

While Chloe is, at her core, a very silly and earnest person, years of hardship and trauma have made her put up walls. Ariderion gets this across perfectly in this particular phot, in which Chloe's gaze is scrutinizing and intense, yet the soft light of the sun, and her curious body language betray a vulnerability that is crucial to her character.

Tempest

One of the most memorable moments in Chloe's story was her performance in Blackwell Academy's rendition of "The Tempest." She was cast as Ariel, a loyal spirit of Prospera who was played by Rachel, and their stage chemistry reflected the intense connection they were fostering in real life.

While many have recreated this look, Shiro Cosplay managed to make their's feel extra special with incredible attention to detail and a mysterious expression that is peak Chloe.

Smash

Cosplayer Neo Ocean is especially multi-talented, with a portfolio of wigs, outfits, and great graphic design. This is especially shown in their portrayal of a distraught Chloe, who, after being abandoned by Rachel in the junkyard, takes her anger out on everything in sight with a baseball bat.

It was a visceral moment, especially for players, who knew Chloe had a temper but had never before been allowed to witness it at such a level. The full extent of her trauma was on display in a startling way that Neo managed to recreate with ease.

Her Angel

As a series, Life Is Strange is all about relationships and how deep, intense, and at times scary they can be. Chloe's relationship with Rachel is always at the forefront of the first two games, beginning with their chance encounter at a house show and ending on a horrible note: with Rachel's missing person posters.

Cosplayer Jazzy recreates what was probably a common scene in the Price household - Chloe pondering where Rachel could be, missing her. The heartbreak of their entire relationship is something the player feels poignantly, and, as can be seen in this picture, it can ring all too true with some of her biggest fans.

Firewalk With Me

It would be remiss of anyone, however, to assume that Chloe and Rachel's relationship was all about loss. It was also a relationship that brought the best (and sometimes worst) out in them, forging a relationship mired in beautiful moments, lots of conflict, and unforgettable memories.

In a beautiful fireside scene, where the girls are laughing and sharing a drink, cosplayer Ivy Hale manages to capture the way their relationship seemed to players: poetic, intense, and all-consuming.

Partners In Time

Of course, Chloe's relationship with Rachel wasn't the only important relationship in her life. Before Rachel, before anyone else, there was Max Caulfield, series protagonist and off-and-on best friend. Chloe's love for Max was so strong, she was even able to forgive the latter's 5 year disappearance from her life.

This pairing is incredibly popular, and many cosplayers have tried to capture their cuteness, but RainJune seems to do it especially well. This cosplay portrays the girls chilling out on the train tracks, as lifelong-friends-turned-crushes do.

Classic Chloe

Often times, cosplayers try to appear very serious for their photoshoots, but for some characters it doesn't always work. In Chloe's case, they run the risk of ignoring her classic sass and snark - and without either of those, is she really the Chloe Price players know and love?

Thankfully, Sawaka picked up on this and delivered with a certifiably classic Chloe look: the smirk that tells all. Chloe isn't always angry - sometimes, she's incredibly funny, silly, and downright dorky. It's what makes her so charming.

In Another Life

In its entirety, Life Is Strange is an emotionally devastating series. Players will find themselves in tears multiple times throughout each episode, and some moments are so jarringly traumatic, they'll have to take a moment or two before resuming play. As a result, many players choose to imagine a future in which these characters they've come to love are able to live the lives they deserve, free of hurt or burden.

Cosplayer helloiamkate tries to bring a particular fantasy to life, in which Chloe and Rachel are embracing one another during Christmas. Whether fans prefer AmberPrice or Pricefield, one thing is certain: all fans just want Chloe to be happy.
