Lisa and Stan are still at odds on Life After Lockup, but an exclusive clip from the Friday, October 22 episode shows Lisa testing Stan and catching him in a lie. Lisa has been spying on Stan's online activity and catfishing her live-in partner. However, Stan has no idea Lisa is the new girl he met online and continues to tell her how much he wants to work on their relationship.

Stan and Lisa have been in a constant back and forth since they introduced their relationship on Love After Lockup season 4. The couple met prior to Lisa's incarceration through the dating site Seeking Arrangements. The site allows younger women and older men to connect for possible "sugar daddy" romances. Now that Lisa is out of jail, she is expecting Stan to be her sugar daddy, but Stan wants romance from Lisa instead. Their different views on their relationship have them constantly arguing on the show. Most recently, Lisa blasted Stan and admitted he has paid her for intimacy.

In an exclusive clip from Friday's episode (via WeTV), Lisa plays coy with Stan while catching him in a lie. Lisa asks Stan where he has been, even though she knows he was just messaging the fake profile she made online. After Stan tells her he was just walking through the park, Lisa smirks while still playing it cool. "I'm online looking for jobs," Lisa tells Stan after he asks what she has been up to. Stan then takes the opportunity to apologize to Lisa and make a fresh start. It's their first time having a decent talk after Lisa told Stan how miserable he makes her. "I just want to say I screwed up so bad with us," Stan says. "I said some things I didn't mean, maybe didn't come out the right way." After Lisa asks if Stan wants to keep their relationship going, he says he absolutely does.

Lisa asks Stan to be honest and open up about anything else he wants to tell her, but Stan is adamant there's nothing else he's hiding from her. However, Stan has no idea Lisa has been catfishing him the entire time and was messaging him as another woman just a few minutes before their talk. "I'm trying to start a clean slate with no lies, no deception, everything out in the open," Lisa says while still keeping the information about Stan's misdeeds to herself. After Stan walks out of the room, Lisa looks at the producers and says Stan "just f–king lied to my face, again." She appears visibly frustrated with Stan and tired of his dishonesty.

But will Lisa finally decide to leave Stan for good? Only time will tell. Currently, Lisa is depending on Stan to provide for her. She moved in with him following her release from prison, and it probably makes more sense for Lisa to deal with Stan's lies than fend for herself. The Life After Lockup couple is just one of many dysfunctional dynamics seen on the show. Stan and Lisa's patience is what has gotten them this far. It remains a mystery how long they will actually last.
