After leaving Shawn Osborne and skipping out on her scheduled court appearance, Destinie Folsom is possibly headed back to jail. In an exclusive clip from Life After Lockup's Friday episode, Destinie finally opens up about her troubled past and how it leads her to make "stupid decisions" as an adult.

Destinie has sent Shawn on a rollercoaster ride since her prison release. The rise and fall of their romantic relationship started during Love After Lockup season 3. After meeting through a prison pen pal program while Destinie was serving time for drug possession, the two hit it off and began dating. While in jail, Destinie was happy since Shawn was sending her money and buying her everything she wanted. However, once she was released and started living with Shawn, she learned the truth about his six children and how old he really was. She also discovered that he had daily conversations with the mother of his kids. Shawn appeared to be worried about Destinie possibly using him for money and losing the $50,000 he paid for her bond. Now, with Destinie's return to prison looming, Shawn has been trying to hunt her down. He says she stole his credit cards, left him, and only calls when she wants more money.

In an exclusive clip of Friday's episode, Destinie's tough demeanor is finally put on pause. She opens up during a sit-down with her mother. "My relationship with my mom, it wasn't always as it is now," she confessed to producers. Destinie added, "She was addicted to drugs. She didn't really know how to parent me and it has caused a bunch of problems for me." Her mom admitted to feeling guilty about their scarred family history, before telling her daughter how much she worries about her. The WeTV star went on to share some of the disturbing events she encountered during her rough childhood. "What happened to you, it broke me," her mother responded, with tears in her eyes. Destinie also broke down and cried.

"When I was younger, my uncle had raped me for years," Destinie revealed, adding, "I finally was able to come forward with it and when I was 13 I put him in prison for 25 years to life." While speaking with her mom, Destinie Folsom explains how her past has affected her actions, and how people perceive her to this very day. "That's where people get it fu*ked up," she said, adding, "People will think 'oh she's a piece of sh*t. She's heartless.'" Destinie continues defending herself: "No, it's that, had I not gone through the sexual abuse and ended up being dependent on drugs because of all this sh*t. All everything all that." Now, as an adult, she is admitting to wanting to move forward and leave the past behind her.

"I don't want to live my life in the past," Destinie shared. She continued, "I feel like all the sexual abuse that was happening to me for so many years at an early age, I think that that's the reason why I go through the things I go through is because I never handled it. I never dealt with it when I should of. I tried to suppress it." She went on to explain how her past traumas have affected her character and actions as an adult. "And it's made me not trust people, it's made me have abandonment issues," she confessed. "Like it's just kind of turned me to the crimes and the stupid decisions I've made." This breakthrough Life After Lockup moment was one that fans had yet to see from Destinie.
