Lex Luthor Batman-2

Lex Luthor focusing his attention on Batman coming out of the Fear State event is the latest challenge the Caped Crusader faces. Luthor is using his resources to seemingly buy up lost assets that belonged to Batman and Bruce Wayne, starting with Batman Inc. Luthor's actions seem to be a ploy to try to convince Gotham City that he's a better hero - even fitting himself with his own Batman armor in the process.

It remains to be seen whether Lex Luthor's attempts to break Batman will succeed. But, by buying Batman Inc. and potentially becoming a new version of Batman, Luthor is undoubtedly making waves in what's got to be a frustrating time for the Dark Knight. Batman #121 by DC Comics is in comic book stores on March 1, 2020.
