Lenovo has announced the Tab M10 Plus (third-generation) at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The company has launched several new computing devices at the ongoing tech show, ranging from laptops to monitors to tablets. These include new products in its ThinkPad and IdeaPad series and even a few Chromebooks. Lenovo's sub-brand Motorola also introduced the Motorola Edge+ flagship smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.

While Lenovo tends to focus on affordable Android tablets, it also has the premium Legion Y700 gaming tablet in the pipeline. The tablet will be powered by the Snapdragon 870 processor which was seen on several affordable flagships in 2021. It will offer an 8.8-inch 120Hz display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, 500 nits brightness, and DC dimming. Other key features include VC cooling to keep the temperatures down during long gaming sessions, and a large 6550mAh battery to ensure users don't run out of juice too quickly.

The Tab M10 Plus is one of the few affordable tablets that come with Android 12 out of the box. Lenovo says the Android 13 update is expected in 2023, and at least three years of security updates have been planned for the device. The Snapdragon edition of the tablet will come with 4GB or 6GB of RAM, with storage also maxing out at 128GB. This processor variant also offers an LTE SKU with a SIM card slot.

As for the cameras, there's an 8MP fixed-focus camera at the front and another 8MP auto-focus sensor at the back. The battery is a beefy 7,700mAh unit with 20W fast charging support. Other features include face unlock (there's no fingerprint sensor), USB Type-C, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microSD card slot. The Lenovo Tab M10 Plus will be available in Storm Grey and Frost Blue colors and is priced starting at $190. It will go on sale in June 2022.
