It has been announced that Leisure Suit Larry - Wet Dreams Dry Twice is making its way to consoles next month. The game is currently available on PC, and it will soon be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

The Leisure Suit Larry series started out as raunchy point and click adventure games. The series follows middle-aged loser, Larry Laffer, as he attempts to get lucky with the various women he meets on his adventures. The series has gone through several revivals over the years, as new developers have attempted to bring Larry into the modern age of gaming. The franchise even made the jump from PCs to consoles during the PS2 era, with Leisure Suit Larry: Magna Cum Laude following Larry's nephew. The most recent Leisure Suit Larry revival started with Wet Dreams Don't Dry in 2018, which was followed by Wet Dreams Dry Twice in 2020.

Leisure Suit Larry Wet Dreams Don't Die Sex Shop

It might seem odd for a game with raunchy content to appear on consoles, but Wet Dreams Dry Twice only has a PEGI rating of 16. The game doesn't feature any nudity, even though it has lots of bad language and sexual innuendos. The developers actually cited console ports as a reason for the lack of nudity in Wet Dreams Dry Twice in a statement to the Steam community, as it would have affected the game's chances of coming to a Nintendo or Sony system in the future. This was also why its predecessor, Wet Dreams Don't Dryalso lacked any nudity.

Wet Dreams Dry Twice is a throwback to the era of extremely difficult point & click games, which people endured in the hopes of seeing pixellated nudity. The PC version of the game was met with some good reviews, and console fans will soon have a chance to see if the latest entry lives up to the raunchy heritage of the series.
