In addition to their inherent supernatural skills and special abilities, what really makes the villains so powerful on Legacies is their ability to lord dominion of various deadly creatures, dispatch them on their behalf, and control their evil underlings no matter the circumstances. An antagonistic character's longevity on the show also contributes to their staying power.

In addition to necromancy, the baddie is an expert in dark sorcery. Also equipped with all of the inherent powers of a witch - spell-casting, channeling, telekinesis, telepathy, dream manipulation, possession,  clairvoyance, element manipulation, projection, potion brewing, etc. - Necromancer has power only eclipsed by Malivore.
