Chapter 1: Waking Up
Seismicayla
- On the main road in Jackson there will be a couple of greenhouses, take the first left and down that road, Seismicayla will be posted to a help wanted sign.
The Keene Twins
- After conversing with Maria and Seth, The Keene Twins can be found on a barrel near the dartboard in the Tipsy Bison.
Chapter 3: Patrol
Tesseracter
- On Ellie's patrol with Dina, there will be a for-sale sign pointing to a snowed-in house with a truck parked out front. Ellie can climb through a bedroom window and the Tesseracter card will be in the built-in bookshelf.
Laurent Foucault, CEO Spark
- Laurent Foucault is in Eugene's old hideout. This card will be in a crowded storage room on a desk covered in comic books.

Chapter 7: The Gate
Motivator
- The Motivator is found while riding horseback with Dina through the woods when Ellie comes across a couple of deserted automobiles next to a bus stop shelter. Pinned inside the shelter is the card.
The Starfire Kids
- The Starfire Kids are within a cabin off to the left of the overgrown highway. It is inside, on the corkboard next to the water-cooler.
Chessmaster
- The Chessmaster is in a tower at the top of the WLF military gate wall. This gate wall is a difficult puzzle on its own to get up, but once at the top, head to the room at the end of the hall and up the ladder. The card is on the desk in the top tower room.
Oozer
- The Oozer card is on top of the security checkpoint just below the WLF gate wall. Ellie can access this while trying to power the electric security gate using a throw cable, casting her line on top of the checkpoint. Once on top, the card is sitting next to the folding chair, supplies, and a note.
Chapter 8: Downtown
Doctor Uckmann
- Doctor Uckmann is up inside the dilapidated building across the street from a pet shop. Ellie must break a window to run around and up a ramp into the room at the top. The card is in the left-most box next to the sandbags.
Das Wort
- Das Wort is in the downstairs of the Valiant Music Shop behind the counter. The card is in a drawer near the boombox.
Big Blue
- Big Blue is in the Ruston Coffee house on Spring street. This card is behind the counter in a cupboard to the left of the espresso machine.
Flo
- Flo is in a safe through a metal gate at the Checkpoint Gate West 2. The safe is under a shelter directly on the right after passing through the gate. Ellie can find the combination to this safe in a gate codes journal page or right here: 0451.
Know It All
- Know It All is in the upstairs of the hotel past the gate. After walking up the first flight of stairs, head straight into the open room with the body next to the door. Go through the door immediately to your right. The card can be found in this room in the nightstand between the two double beds.
Chapter 9: Eastbrook Elementary
Cardio
- Cardio is in an apartment when Ellie is escaping the school. She can jump into a balcony from several other rooftops. If Ellie takes a right and jumps over the bed shoved in the hallway she can take another right into an overgrown bedroom. This card is in the drawer of the nightstand.
Chapter 10: Capitol Hill
Kinnard, ESQ
- Kinnard ESQ can be found after you escape the school in apartment 3 of the blue building. The card is on the side table next to the sectional with headphones on it.
Rockafella
- Rockafella is in the Capitol Inn. It is in one of the rooms on the left side of the building on the ground floor that can be accessed through a locked door or an open window on the backside. The card is in the spilled trash in the front room.
Doctor Stem
- Doctor Stem is in the bookshop. Go into the coffee house section of the building and through the door with the exit sign above it and there will be a room with a chandelier. The card is in the chest beneath the chandelier with a record player on it.
Sergeant Frost
- Sergeant Frost is in the Live Street Market that can be entered through a collapsed skylight. Dropping down into the market Ellie can go into the backroom right next to her. The card is in one of the white lockers to the right.
Candelabra
- Candelabra is in the liquor store. At the back of the store is an ATM. The card is sitting in the magazine stand to the left of the ATM.
Bizzarebra
- Bizzarebra is in the Weller's dollar store. This card is on the left end of the children's section of the bookshelf.
Chapter 11: Channel 13 TV Station
Kimimela
- Kimimela is in an office at the TV station. After Ellie travels around the rounded glass wall and enters the building she can enter an office at the far right end. The card is on the desk next to some playing cards.
Chapter 12: The Tunnels
The Imp
- The Imp is stashed under the subway car next to a bunch of trash bags. Ellie will have to crawl beneath the car to get to the side it is on.
Doctor Daniela Star
- Doctor Daniela Star is in a storage room. After Ellie and Dina pass through the garage-style door they can follow the hall down to a storage room. The card is on the desk locked behind the chain-link fence.
Bastet
- Bastet is within an overturned subway car. Ellie can crawl beneath this car to get inside. The card is in an open travel bag to her immediate left.
Chapter 13: The Theatre
Mortem
- Mortem is behind the main desk in the center of the theatre. The card is at the bottom of the rightmost glass-cased bookshelf.
Beyond
- Beyond is in the upstairs hallway of the theatre. Past the bar and balcony, there will be a doorway completely closed off by overturned sofas. The card is on the floor right under the sofas.
Chapter 14: The Birthday Gift
The Nighthawk
- The Nighthawk is on a bench in the hallway just off the dinosaur section of the museum.
Saura
- Saura is in the Natural History Center. After Joel boosts Ellie through the window she can walk down the hall into a room with a moose and wolves centerpiece. The card is under a bench off the right wall.

Chapter 15: Hillcrest
Wachumero
- Wachumero is in a waterlogged truck down on the collapsed road behind Ellie when she first enters Hillcrest.
Sahir the Sorcerer
- Sahir the Sorcerer is in an old boarded-up building to the right of the open water pipe. After breaking the window, Ellie can walk to the very end of the room. The card is in the pile of cardboard boxes.
Naledi the Youthful
- Naledi the Youthful is in the room after Ellie gets past the barbed wire fence. The card is in a small dark corner under a white bicycle.
Brainstorm
- Ellie will spot a plume of black smoke, stating that she hopes it was Tommy's doing. After which she can climb a back-fence into a yard with an algae-filled hot tub. Brainstorm is inside the playhouse in the closest left corner of the yard.
Reverb
- After Ellie jumps the fence with two training dummies on either side of it, she'll drop down into the street below. At the street corner, there will be a yellow house with its front door on the balcony. Reverb is under the bed through the middle door.
Chapter 16: Finding Strings
Austringer
- Austringer is in a dirty white car in the collapsed section of road before Ellie and Joel make it to the Music Center.
Chapter 17: The Seraphites
Randy Styles
- Randy Styles is in the QuickMart on the shelf under the poster that says, "Smooth Taste."
Shift
- Shift is in the third story of the NCE Center. The card is on a long line of side benches next to a sleeping bag.
Star Sign
- After walking under the overpass there will be a building on the left side of the road with a box truck in front of it. Star Sign is in the left nightstand in the bedroom.
Arch-Enemy
- Arch-Enemy is in the Seattle Conference Center. When Ellie climbs down the scaffolding there will be a locked metal door but to the left, there are a couple of windows she can smash in. The card is in the drawer of the desk with the sawed-off shotgun.
Doppelganger
- Once Ellie enters the military restricted area she can head upstairs and follow the hallway around to the left until she hits the second corner. The card is on the floor under the side table with a vase.
Bhat M'Andarr
- Bhat M'Andarr is in Weston's Pharmacy. Immediately after entering the pharmacy, turn to the left and the card is on the short shelf.

Chapter 19: Road to the Aquarium
Esquire
- Esquire is in the back recording studio, past the room full of set pieces. At the end of the room with mannequins, lights, and boxes is a set of TVs. The card is in the drawer under the TVs.
Tormentra
- While traveling with Jesse, Ellie enters a WPL building. Inside a back office room, the card is on a desk with a computer.
Tanager
- Tanager is inside Kingston's Bookstore. Traveling down the waterlogged ground floor, Ellie can crawl underneath a piece of foundation that is held up by a couple of bookshelves. The card is near the center on a bottom shelf.
Tatuaje
- After Jesse and Ellie have a conversation about stealing a boat, the two of them make their way through a building that's falling apart. Ellie will have to jump over a counter that the card is in to continue.
Chapter 20: The Flooded City
Seff L'ho'phad
- Ellie will ride the boat down through the city and into a building where she will be forced to exit the boat to move forward. Before returning to her boat she can wade through the water back from where she came to a doorway on the left. The card is in the desk drawer at the end of this room.
Khazakh Bright
- Khazkh Bright is in the arcade. Ellie is once again forced from the boat to move forward. After killing the zombies on the floor she falls into she can open the cash register booth. The card is in the counter under the cash register.

Chapter 42: Pushing Inland
CBB-73
- CBB-73 is in the mansion with red shingles. If Ellie jumps through the upstairs window with a red curtain hanging out of it, the room immediately to the left is a bedroom. The card is on the white vanity in the bedroom.
Chapter 43: The Resort
Spark Thug
- Spark Thug is just inside the glass doorway of the resort. Ellie will pass through an open area with greenhouses. Walking towards the wall there will be several doorways. Entering through the glass doorway, there will be a table off to the right with a boombox with the card sitting next to it.
