Captain Marvel finally introduced Carol Danvers to the MCU, revealing the character’s backstory and how she fits in with the Avengers. While the movie provided all the action and twists fans have come to expect from the franchise its the relationships that made it work, especially Carol’s friendships with both Nick Fury and Maria Rambeau.
