Larissa Lima and her many plastic surgeries have been the talk of the 90 Day Fiancé town. When fans learned about Colt’s ex-wife spending $72k on her pricey procedures, they all asked one question, “What about her kids?” Larissa finally revealed the reason behind her surgical transformation, and it appears that the 90 Day Fiancé star has not forgotten about her family back in Brazil.
Larissa, 33, and her then-husband Colt Johnson, 34, were a popular couple on 90 Day Fiancé’s season 6. Their reality TV romance started off with Larissa and Colt talking online and getting engaged within five days of meeting in person. But while Larissa wasted no time in marrying Colt after her entry into America, it was also revealed that the 90 Day Fiancé star was already a mother of two. Colt’s mother Debbie was shocked upon learning about Larissa’s son, Arry, and daughter, Luana, and TLC fans didn’t show her any mercy when they criticized her for leaving them in Brazil. Larissa left nursing school and had Arry with a man she soon broke up with. The son was adopted by her sister due to Larissa's financial troubles. A few years later, Larissa gave birth to a daughter who, again, wasn’t supported by baby daddy #2. Larissa’s father, a retired military man, now looks after Luana while the 90 Day Fiancé star continues to be in constant touch with the family via WhatsApp. However, once she got divorced and started spending lavishly on plastic surgery despite deportation dangers, fans started calling her out for being careless. But Larissa has now come clean about her decision to go under the knife, and how it benefits her loved ones.
The 90 Day Fiancé star made headlines for joining OnlyFans and a sultry live session on Camsoda that followed the big reveal of her post-surgery transformation. When asked about her obsession with plastic surgery, Larissa told Life&Style that she did it to “improve her appearance for self-esteem.” But, more importantly, to “make money for her family.” Colt’s ex confessed, “The reason that I did it because as you know, I have a family in Brazil, I have a boyfriend who is 28 years old and I am exposed daily on social media.” Larissa spoke about wanting to look good for herself by using surgery and “to make money to send to Brazil" by making a living in the USA.
Larissa also spoke about getting a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty done more recently for “health reasons.” The 90 Day Fiancé celeb explained that after giving birth to her two children, her abdominal muscles failed to return to their pre-baby state. “We use filters and Photoshop all of the time. I was using filters to make my waist look skinnier, so this surgery brings me freedom,” added Larissa who apparently earned all the plastic surgery money via Cameo.
Now that Larissa has more outlets of income like OnlyFans, Camsoda, and social media influencer collabs, all thanks to her new body and reality TV success, it seems like she has enough to provide for her kids. A couple of years ago, the 90 Day Fiancé star confessed that she wanted a “biggie house” and a happy relationship with Colt before she could get her kids to America. The plan with Colt might have not worked out, but Larissa can surely make her dream of owning a house come true with her recent work. If all goes well, it’s likely that 90 Day Fiancé fans could see Larissa living a great life in the US with her children and Eric Nichols.
