Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott reunited for the Thanksgiving holiday, without their daughter Stormi. Could this mean that the celebrity couple is test-driving a reconciliation? Or, are they simply keeping it friendly for the sake of their child?
Jenner and Scott were spotted strolling through Agua Caliente Casino in Palm Springs over the Thanksgiving holiday. A fan captured video of the couple side-stepping a few other patrons clustered near the slot machines. Kylie was holding what appeared to be a beer and carrying her handbag, while Travis was incognito in a baseball cap, black pants, and a jacket. Jenner and Scott were said to be in the company of other family members like Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian. However, fans are still wondering what this means for Jenner and Scott, and also, Jenner and rapper Drake.
"Drake has always had a thing for Kylie and it’s mutual," a source recently told Us Weekly. They added:
"They have known each other and been friends for a very long time and there has always been a spark there, but their situation is complicated and so is Kylie’s with Travis … Drake and Kylie don’t want to jeopardize their friendship by crossing any major boundaries."
When Scott and Jenner broke up in October 2019, there were whispers that the pair would reconcile. Just a few months earlier, Jenner sent Scott a provocative message on social media for his birthday, suggesting that they should conceive another child with each other. He was said to have initiated the split, claiming that they were moving too quickly for his comfort. After all, daughter Stormi was conceived just months into their relationship. Although they've managed to successfully co-parent with each other, this latest sighting could be the start of a deeper conversation for the couple. If so, Drake would likely step aside without any further discussion. It's been reported that he and Jenner are only casually involved at this point.
This latest outing is a good sign for those who have been rooting for Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott to reconcile. By holding an early Friendsgiving celebration, it opened up her schedule to take the Palm Springs trip with her family and Scott. It's also a good sign that he spent the holiday with her family, as opposed to visiting his relatives in Houston. This shows a dedication to being there for Jenner. Perhaps bringing Drake into the mix was exactly what needed to be done to put Scott's priorities in check. Now that she's back on the market and flush with cash from the sale of her company, Kylie Cosmetics, he could be reevaluating exactly what she means to him. The approaching Christmas and New Years holidays should shed additional light on Jenner and Scott's dating status, but this is a good start.
