Dating, Pregnancy, & Marriage (2012-2014)

Kanye West never hid the fact that he had a major crush on Kim Kardashian, even back when he was still dating his ex-girlfriends and she was involved with other guys. But Kanye and Kim only made their relationship public in April 2012. In December 2012, the couple revealed that they were expecting their first daughter, North West, who was born in June 2013. Kanye subsequently released the infamous "Bound 2" music video featuring Kim riding a motorcycle with him in November 2013. By December 2013, Kanye went all out to propose to Kim at the Oracle Park baseball stadium in San Francisco. Then, the couple appeared on the cover of Vogue Magazine in April 2014 and got married in Florence, Italy in May 2014.

Three More Children & Marital Woes (2015-2019)

Kim Kardashian always seemed to want a big family with many children, but she really struggled with getting pregnant again after giving birth to North in 2013. Alas, in May 2015, Kim announced that she was expecting her second child with Kanye West. Their second child and first son, Saint West, was born in December 2015. Throughout 2016, multiple reports started coming out that Kim and Kanye were starting to have a lot of marital problems. The couple then hired a gestational carrier and subsequently welcomed Chicago West in January 2018 and Psalm West in May 2019. After Psalm's birth, Kim and Kanye chose to renew their vows.

Kanye West Runs For President (2020)

According to several media reports from KUWTK insiders, Kim and Kanye's marriage was put to the test as the COVID-19 pandemic started in 2020. These reports suggested that Kanye was now more focused on working than he was on parenting, and the couple allegedly clashed so much that they started living in separate residences. Then, against all odds, Kanye West decided to move forward with his 2020 presidential campaign. Kim had always publicly supported her husband's political aspirations, but things shifted when Kanye held a campaign rally and revealed extremely personal and sensitive information related to Kim's first pregnancy. The rest of 2020 was a swarm of rumors about Kim and Kanye reportedly getting ready to divorce.

Kim Files For Divorce (2021)

2021 was kicked off with the news that Kim Kardashian was indeed filing for divorce from Kanye West after their six years of marriage. Since then, media reports have indicated that Kanye is not happy about the situation but is cooperating with the divorce proceedings. Kim will get to keep the couple's home in California, where she'll be living with the couple's four kids. In turn, Kanye will keep the Wyoming ranch, which is where he had already been residing for some time. Otherwise, E! is now airing the final season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, so it is possible that more Kim and Kanye updates will come out throughout the season.
