Khloe Kardashian is reportedly "detoxifying" herself from Tristan Thompson after he embarrassed the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star with his paternity scandal. Khloe is focusing on her family and health after dealing with Tristan's cheating one too many times. She continues to post photos showing off her latest revenge body. With Tristan fathering a third child with a third woman while reconciled with Khloe, sources say it would take a "miracle" for her to take him back.
At the start of the year, Tristan took to Instagram to confirm that he fathered Maralee Nichols' newborn son. The pair had carried on a fling throughout the early part of 2021 while Tristan was reconciled with Khloe. Tristan and Khloe were in the process of planning for a second child together when he decided to step out with a personal trainer behind Khloe's back. Upon learning about the pregnancy, Tristan tried to deny it, which resulted in a paternity suit. But when a DNA test confirmed the results, Tristan was forced to own up to cheating on Khloe once again.
Sources are now saying that Khloe is "ready to write a new chapter in her life" that doesn't include taking her ex back. "Tristan of course wants Khloe back, but Khloe's mindset is 'Once a player, always a player,'" a source told ET. "She sees that very clearly now, and it would take a miracle for them to get back together at this point." Like she did after her divorce from Lamar Odom, the Good American co-founder has hit the gym and focused on working out to keep her mind off her ex, Tristan. Khloe has been spending a lot of time working on her physique with her sisters and keeping herself in a healthy state. "She feels her strongest when she is in a good workout routine and it's her own way of detoxifying multiple aspects of her life, including any drama with Tristan," the insider added.
Khloe and Tristan were in the process of moving in together as well as expanding their family at the time when he conceived a child with Maralee. Tristan tried to hide the fling claiming he could only remember hooking up with her on the night of his 30th birthday. But even if that was the only time, it was the same day Khloe announced their reconciliation through a heartfelt post dedicated to Tristan. As such, this paternity scandal was the final straw for Khloe after she had already taken him back in the past for cheating. They were reconciled from his 2019 kissing scandal with Jordyn Woods when he cheated on Khloe with Maralee.
There had also been cheating allegations from a model named Sydney Chase showing alleged text messages where Tristan claimed to be single. Maralee also claimed that Tristan told her he was single when they met in November 2020. With Khloe forgiving Tristan after cheating during her pregnancy and kissing her sister's best friend, their last reconciliation was his chance to make things right. But instead, Tristan betrayed Khloe in the worst of ways and embarrassed her in the process. Now, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has no intention of taking him back. Khloe has a new revenge body with Tristan's name written all over it.
