Sources say Kanye West is working to get Kim Kardashian back amid his divorce from the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star. The former couple has been fueling reconciliation rumors after Kim made an appearance at Kanye's third listening party wearing a wedding dress. The duo seemingly recreated their wedding day and sent fans into a frenzy, thinking the two were hinting at them getting back together. Now insiders say Kanye is focused on getting his ex-wife back into his life.
While some think Kanye is spreading reconciliation rumors to help with the success of his recent album release, others think Kanye actually wants Kim back. The SKIMS founder filed for divorce back in February after nearly seven years of marriage. Kim and Kanye have been working out their divorce proceedings while co-parenting their four children. After starting out the divorce on bad terms where they weren't even speaking, last month, Kanye and Kim showed signs of becoming friends again through public family outings and a private lunch date in Malibu.
Now, it's being said that Kanye is hopeful that he will win Kim back despite their ongoing divorce. “Kanye wants to get back with Kim,” a source told Us Weekly. “He sees the two of them together and wants to make that a reality now. He has been trying to get back in her good graces again and it seems to be working.” Kim and Kanye left the third listening party for Donda, walking hand-in-hand as part of Kanye's "performance art" for the event. But Kim's appearance "was not a vow renewal,” the insider said. “Kim has been hesitant to get back together with Kanye because he was all over the place.”
Kanye reportedly has Kim a little conflicted about moving forward with her divorce petition because of how present he's been in recent weeks. The US Weekly source said that Kim feels like Kanye is showing that he has a better direction and focus in his life and she's happy to see that. The source said the two still love each other because they have been through so much throughout their marriage. The new updates come months after Kanye cut off communication with Kim due to his upset over her divorce filing. He changed his phone number at the time and only allowed Kim to contact him through his security.
Sources then started to fuel reports of Kanye wanting to move on with an artist who could speak the same language as him, insinuating Kim doesn't understand him. After enjoying a short-lived fling with model Irina Shayk, it looks like Kanye is now ready to get his wife back. He has been showing clear signs of wanting the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star back. But it'll be up to Kim to decide if she wants to take the big step and withdraw her divorce filing.
