Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum Kim Kardashian's ongoing divorce from Kanye West looks to be getting uglier after the rapper shaded her and questioned her parenting in a new post on Instagram. Lately, Kanye and Kim have been in the news after the rapper accused her of not allowing him to attend their daughter Chicago West's birthday party. He also alleged that security did not allow him to enter Kim's home to see his kids.
During an interview, Kanye questioned Kim's parenting when he expressed displeasure at her allowing their oldest child and daughter North, who is 8 years old, to be on social media without his approval. The Donda crooner revealed that he sent his cousins to speak to the SKIMS founder on his behalf. Kanye said that one of his concerns was North being on TikTok, while another concern was her wearing lipstick on the social media platform. The rapper claimed that North's TikTok account was created without his knowledge, and he accused his ex of using it to antagonize him.
Kim did not respond to Kanye's accusations against her, but her silence has not stopped the rapper from provoking her further. On Friday, February 4, Kanye took to his Instagram page to shade Kim once more. This time, he posted a screenshot from one of North's TikTok posts. The screenshot showed North rocking braided hair and standing in front of a purple background while holding the camera. In the post's caption, Kanye wrote, "SINCE THIS IS MY FIRST DIVORCE I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO ABOUT MY DAUGHTER BEING PUT ON TIK TOK AGAINST MY WILL?"
A quick analysis of Kanye's Instagram post shows he was referring to Kim. By saying that this is his first divorce, he is subtly jabbing the reality television star for being involved in three divorces. Fans will recall that Kim's first divorce was from Damon Thomas, while her second was from former NBA star Kris Humphries. In the second part of his post, Kanye was more direct and showed he is tired of North's continued presence on TikTok without his approval. Although it looked as though he was asking for help on his next action, he could also be threatening action against Kim, who monitors North's TikTok videos and vets them before they are posted.
Since Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021, the former couple has experienced a topsy-turvy relationship. At first, they seemed to be at odds with each other after Kim's divorce filing. However, things changed for the better between them as they supported each other through various projects. However, their relationship has soured since Kim started dating Pete Davidson. Kanye has also moved on and is in a relationship with actress Julia Fox. Still, his new relationship has not stopped him from throwing shade at Kim and questioning her parenting with every opportunity he gets. One can only wonder how long Kim can hold on for before responding to Kanye's attacks against her. Surely, it won't be long before she gives him a taste of his medicine. The world waits.
