The look is very similar to Kanye's signature face masks, making many fans wonder if the famous parents are telling the world through fashion that they're on better terms than the media portrays.
In the last month of Kim and Kanye's ongoing divorce, the high-profile couple fueled reconciliation rumors when Kim made a cameo at one of Kanye's concerts soon after they were caught meeting up for a private lunch date in Malibu. Ahead of Kanye's three massive listening parties to promote his 10th studio album Donda, the rap icon and beauty mogul took their four kids to a children's museum in San Francisco. The full-body all-black outfit included a face covering, body-hugging T-shirt dress, catsuit, and jersey boots. According to an E! News source, the man standing next to the KKW Beauty founder's side was none other than designer Demna Gvasalia, who is the creative director of Balenciaga.
The source also noted that despite Kanye's decision to not appear at the momentous occasion, his presence would be felt as he made the introduction between his former wife and the designer. Furthermore, the source explained that this is the start of a new fashion era for Kim. "This look on Kim like a new subculture and fashion statement. New logo, no face, but everyone knows it's her." The insider continued to explain that Kanye gave her the confidence to push creative boundaries through her fashion.
