While Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian and her family were busy wishing Kanye West a happy birthday on social media, the rap/fashion mogul was busy celebrating his birthday in France with model Irina Shayk, with inside sources confirming that Kanye has officially moved on from Kim after weeks of fueling dating rumors with the Russian fashion star. Now it looks like Kanye is the first to rebound from their recent divorce.
Nearly four months after Kim's divorce filing, Kanye became the first to hint at moving on. Insiders claimed the Yeezy founder was actually the one who initiated the divorce from the KUWTK star, but he allowed her to do the actual filing. Sources also started to tease Kanye's hope of dating an artist next so that they could "speak the same language." His post-divorce moves appeared to show how unbothered he was by the split. All the while, the SKIMS founder recently opened up about feeling like a failure over her third failed marriage.
On Kanye's birthday, Kim, her sister Khloe Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner all shared social media posts wishing Kanye a happy birthday. Their posts came despite Kim's divorce and Kanye's absence from social media. All the while, the Grammy Award-winning rapper and KUWTK ex was enjoying his birthday festivities with Irina in France. The two were spotted over in the French region of Provence hanging out with friends while looking very much like a couple, TMZ reports. Insiders tell the outlet the two are definitely seeing each other, but it's unknown how serious things are between them.
The rapper and model share a history together, with her being the only model in his 2010 music video "Power." He even name-dropped her in a rap verse on his G.O.O.D. Fridays song "Christian Dior Denim Flow," saying, "I'm wilding, I'm on a thousand / I wanna see Irina Shayk next to Doutzen." It's clear that Kanye has had his eyes on Irina for quite some time and finally got the chance to pursue his interest. Meanwhile, KUWTK star Kim shared a pretty vague caption in the birthday post she sent out for him. "Happy Birthday Love U for Life," she captioned a throwback family photo with him.
It looks like the ship between Kim and Kanye has sailed, and he's already enjoying his return to the bachelor boy lifestyle. As long as they continue to amicably co-parent their children, that's all that matters. KUWTK star Kim shared how good of a father Kanye is when opening up on the show. Maybe their kids will help them ease the tension in due time.
