Kanye West, Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian's ex, was reportedly seen with Uncut Gems star Julia Fox at his hotel in New York City after their date. Rumors of a new romance surfaced after Kanye was seen with model Julia. After hanging out around New Year’s Eve, the pair spent a night in New York City, seeing a play and grabbing dinner with a group of friends. On the other side of the coin, Kim’s relationship with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson seems to be heating up as the couple currently vacations in the Bahamas.
Kim’s separation from Kanye has been haunting headlines since the end of 2020 when the couple seemed to struggle during Kanye’s chaotic presidential campaign. Kim formally announced that she was moving forward with a divorce in January 2021 after clarifying that she and the “Gold Digger” rapper had lived separate lives for many months. The pair is the parents of four children together, North, 8; Saint, 6; Chicago, 3; and Psalm, 2. Kanye has publicly voiced interest in mending his marriage with Kim, encouraging the KUWTK star to run back to him. Despite Kanye’s pleas for a reunion, Kim filed to be legally single at the end of 2021.
According to a source reporting to Page Six, the date between Julia and the former KUWTK star supposedly went well as the Uncut Gems actress went back to Kanye’s hotel later that night. The eyewitness that saw Julia return to Kanye’s hotel claimed, “They arrived at the Pendry Hotel in the same SUV they were in all night. Kanye got out first and ran in since there was a group of fans waiting for him outside. Julia then followed behind him.” The date with the Italian-American actress and NYC native comes as the first public date Kanye has gone on since his divorce to Kim became official.
After Kanye and Julia spent time with each other over the holiday, a separate source confirmed to Page Six that Julia and Kanye were dating, claiming that the pair was a perfect match due to both of their recent heartbreaks. Julia recently had a baby in January 2021 with her ex, Peter Artemiev, whom she publicly described as a poor father. With Julia visiting Kanye’s hotel, there is no confirmation that she spent the night, but she was with the former Kardashian husband until after midnight.
Despite rapper Kanye’s protestations toward the divorce from the star of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, it seems that time heals all wounds--or, at least, New Year’s Eve might. Kanye has a history of dating powerful women, and with his latest date with Julia, he seems to be continuing this trend with his most recent flame. While Kanye may have voiced concern over reality star Kim moving on with Pete, he apparently caught the hint and began the long process of healing and moving on. Only time will tell if actress Julia provides the same “Bound”-less love Kim inspired in the famous rapper.
