Blac Chyna's assault case with Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Rob Kardashian still stands after a judge ruled in favor of her ex-fiancé. The two have been in a legal war since their split in 2017. Blac Chyna has tried to get the assault charges dismissed, to no avail.

During the brief time they dated, Rob and Chyna's relationship had its fair share of ups and downs. The duo started dating in January 2016 and got engaged just three months later. One month after Rob's proposal, the couple revealed that they were expecting their first baby. Things soon went sour in their relationship. By July 2016, Rob had deleted all of Chyna's pictures from his Instagram account. Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna were still in a rocky place when Chyna gave birth to their daughter, Dream Kardashian, in December 2016.  By February 2017, the pair separated for good and agreed to co-parent their daughter.

Since their messy breakup, the former couple has been embroiled in a nasty legal battle over assault claims. Rob's family has even gotten involved after his older sister Kim Kardashian and younger sister  Kylie Jenner filed an assault and battery lawsuit against Chyna in September 2017. The famous family claims Chyna tried to choke Rob by wrapping an iPhone charger cord around his neck. The case has remained ongoing and the judge appears to be ruling in Rob's favor. The Lashed salon owner’s attempt to have the Kardashian’s lawsuit against her dismissed was recently denied by a judge, People reports.

Back in February, Chyna filed a motion to have the lawsuit thrown out. Her lawyer claimed the mother-of-two had already provided evidence to the courts that the alleged assault never took place. However, Kardashian’s attorney Marty Singer told Page Six how “confident” he was that Chyna’s request to dismiss the case would be overruled. It looks like Singer was right and the power of the Kardashian name still stands. It appears that Kim and Kylie's involvement in the case makes it that much stronger. Kylie was listed in the suit due to the alleged assault taking place in one of her homes that Rob was living in. The beauty mogul claimed her home sustained at least $100,000 worth of damage due to Chyna's alleged assault.

There's been more trouble for the former KUWTK couple. Despite reaching a custody agreement where Rob would pay $20,000 a month, Chyna recently revealed that she receives no child support from Rob or her eldest son's father, rapper Tyga. Chyna is currently promoting her rap career, beauty businesses, and OnlyFans accounts while raising her two children. Rob from KUWTK often posts photos with his 3-year-old daughter on Instagram.
