It was revealed on the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians that the situation of Kris Jenner being tackled by Kim Kardashian’s security team was nothing more than a typical Kardashian prank. The family got fed up with the intense security blocking the family from coming in Kim and Kanye West's house and decided to teach Kim a lesson.
Kim grew to fame from her wildly popular reality TV show about her family Keeping up with the Kardashians, which has been on the air since 2007. For the past 12 years, the family - who has shared all of their ups and downs to the world - has only grown more famous with season 17 currently on the air. Kim married rapper Kanye West back in 2014, and the pair have four children together: Psalm, Chicago, Saint, and North. Since Kim was held at gunpoint and robbed in Paris back in 2016, the reality TV star has been on high alert and protects her family with a security team for her house as well as security guards when she goes in public. Since the recent robberies in Hidden Hills, Kim amped up her security so much that the house has round the clock guards standing by.
On the episode, Kris describes the "Navy seal team" that Kim has employed to watch her and Kanye's estate that is made up of three men is great, but they sometimes don't recognize other members of the famous family, making it hard to get in. At the beginning of the episode, Kris asked Khloé Kardashian if she's having any trouble getting into Kim's house, in which her reply was, "Well I normally go through the front door like a normal person." Kris explains that every time she goes over there, they still don't recognize her. Khloé explains that "They know who you are, it's just protocol." But it seems like Kris and Khloé weren't the only ones to not be recognized, even Kourtney Kardashian had a hard time getting clearance to Kim's house. Kim gets a frantic phone call from Khloé saying she needs to come back immediately because their mom got tackled by her security team. Khloé then explains that she called 911 and the ambulance is on its way, while in the background Kris can be heard crying about her neck.
It turns out the whole thing was just an elaborate prank, Kim quickly watches the security footage of the backyard, where she sees the body double that they dressed as her mother getting tackled violently to the ground. When Kim gets back to her house, she's angry because someone was going to get fired for injuring her mom. Kris is on a stretcher and wearing a neck brace when she arrives. Kris finally tells Kim it was a joke and said, "The purpose of my prank was to say, we love that you have this security, but we would just love to have some clearance, so we can come in and out of your house." In which Kim's replied, "You can have all the clearance you want."
It seems like the purpose of the prank was to get Kim to realize that her beefed-up security team is a great thing for safety, but comes as an annoyance for the family. It seems that Kim learned her lesson and Kris got to do another one of her pranks. Fans will have to watch more Keeping Up with the Kardashians in order to see more epic Kardashian pranks.
