Kourtney and Travis got engaged in October 2021 after dating for a year, in a very romantic beach-side proposal in Montecito, California. Kourtney and Travis have been friends for many years before they started dating, with Travis even featured in a few episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Despite Kourtney and Travis’ PDA-prone demeanor, the secrets of their upcoming wedding are under wraps from the public. All fans know is that the ceremony will be an Italian affair.
The Kardashians-Jenners always go big or go (to their large) home. The Italian wedding will mark the third wedding ceremony for the passionate pair. Kourtney and Travis first shattered headlines with their unofficial ceremony in Vegas following the Grammys, complete with an Elvis officiator. Their marriage became legal after they tied the knot in Santa Barbara recently, in an intimate affair attended by only the closest family members. After all, this will mark the first time that Kourtney has gotten married, and in traditional Kardashian-style, a big ceremony was anticipated to occur eventually. Based on recent headlines, that ceremony might be happen sooner rather than later.
As reported by the Daily Mail, Jenner was seen shopping in the streets of Portofino ahead of the lavish Italian wedding for Kourtney and Travis. She was full of smiles while wearing a star-printed semi-sheer chiffon maxi dress for her sunny stroll. Fans of The Kardashians have theorized that the reason for Kris' Portofino visit would be to attend the Italian wedding set for an unknown date. But the momager seems unwilling to dish out the details of the rumored wedding.
According to People, Kris claims, “I have been sworn to secrecy. If I say one thing about a wedding, I am going to be in so much trouble!" The confirmed wedding guests include Kris, her partner Corey Gamble, Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, and all of Travis and Kourtney's kids. The only familiar face who will not be in attendance is expectedly Scott Disick, who shares three children with co-parent Kourtney. A source revealed about the upcoming nuptials, "They had to legally get married first ahead of their big Italian wedding, which is happening very soon. All the details are set, and the whole family, including all the kids, are very excited."
