Kourtney Kardashian is under fire among The Kardashians fans after she seemingly agreed with Kim Kardashian's controversial statements on work. Kim became a trending topic over the week after the family's Variety interview was released and showed the SKIMS founder making some bold statements towards women. When asked to offer her advice to aspiring businesswomen, Kim declared that they should "Get your f–king ass up and work." However, it was Kourtney's response that has many fans scratching their heads considering her past views on work.

Kim was trending for all of the wrong reasons this week. It was Kim's seemingly coldhearted advice to working women aspiring to become moguls like she is that rubbed the public the wrong way. “Get your f–king ass up and work," Kim quipped. "It seems like nobody wants to work these days." Kim spent the day receiving backlash across social media from many who felt like her life of privilege didn't warrant her permission to make such harsh judgments on the 99%. But now, Kourtney is also under fire for her response to her sister's controversial statements on work.

After Kim offered her controversial advice to women in the Variety interview, it was Kourtney who agreed, saying, “That’s so true." It didn't take fans too long to dig into Kourtney for seemingly contradicting herself. Many recalled past episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, where Kourtney was called out by her sisters for not wanting to work on their reality show. “Work is not important to me,” Kourtney said in a 2018 episode of their former E! series, as noted by Page Six. In another episode, Kim blasted Kourtney's work ethic. “But also, if I didn’t want to work my ass off and I wanted to be a stay-at-home mom, that’s f–king fine!" Kim shouted at her sister at the time.

In another episode, Kim and Khloé accused Kourtney of being lazy. “I think we’re just a little bit frustrated that you never show up to do work,” Kim said. Once the Variety clip went viral on social media, many called out Kourtney for agreeing with Kim. "Not Kourtney saying ‘that’s so true,'Sophie Ross quipped on Twitter. “Kourtney goes on more vacations in a three month period than most ppl including myself go on in an entire lifetime," she added. “Not kourtney speaking! ‘that’s so true’ girl what do YOU do?" added someone else. Many continued bashing Kourtney, who felt like the villain on KUWTK, for seemingly contradicting herself. However, there were others who felt like Kim's snide remarks were actually aimed at Kourtney. It is likely the mother of three's response was sarcastic after her sister attempted to shade her.

While it's all speculation, it could be true. Considering Kim and Kourtney's feuds over the years over their opposing views on work ethic, the famous sisters could've been throwing each other subliminal shade right in front of our faces. However, be that as it may, fans are not feeling The Kardashians at the moment. With Kim's strong comments that seemingly downplayed the work ethic of women during Women's History Month and one day after International Women's Day, it comes off as yet another tone-deaf statement from the billionaire reality star.
