The official 2017 San Diego Comic Con lineup for the upcoming franchise film Kingsman: The Golden Circle has officially been revealed. Directed by returning lead helmer Matthew Vaughan alongside two-time co-writer Jane Goldman, the new movie based on The Secret Service comic book series created by Dave Gibbons and Mark Millar is all set to double-down on all of the spy-thriller action previously depicted in the first movie from 2014.
With returning franchise stars Taron Egerton as Gary "Eggsy" Unwin, Colin Firth as Harry Hart, and Mark Strong as Merlin all on-board for Kingsman: The Golden Circle - alongside supporting turns from Oscar winning actor Jeff Bridges as the head of the Statesman named Champagne "Champ", Channing Tatum as a Statesman secret agent nicknamed Tequila, and Julianne Moore as a criminal mastermind named Poppy - things are really starting to come together leading up to the film's September 2017 release. Sporting an "unpredictable" ending that will set the stage for Kingsman 3, Vaughan's latest theatrical effort is officially headed to San Diego Comic Con later this week with an official panel in tow - in addition to a full-slate of character posters.
Per an official press release issued by chief distributor 20th Century Fox, Kingsman: The Golden Circle is well on its way to the 2017 San Diego Comic Con with a full panel of its lead performers expected to make appearences. Accordingly, movie stars Taron Egerton, Colin Firth, Halle Berry, Channing Tatum, Jeff Bridges, and Pedro Pascal are all expected to make appearences at SDCC - in addition to screenwriter Jane Goldman and franchise creator and Comic Con royalty Mark Millar.

Furthermore, 20th Century Fox has seen fit to reveal a whole slate of brand new character posters for Kingsman: The Golden Circle (see above), which should serve to set the flames of fan anticipation ever higher for the forthcoming action-comedy feature. Vaughan surprised audiences around the world with the release of the first film in 2014, and with any luck its immediate followup will serve to please moviegoers who decide to take in its sequel in theaters around the world.
By the looks of things seen in all the footage released thus far, Kingsman: The Golden Circle should provide for a more than thrilling sequel to The Secret Service. With the state of world affairs on the brink of a seemingly apocalyptic collapse, Egerton will have to make a thrilling return as Kingsman secret agent "Eggsy" Unwin in order to thwart the evil machinations set in motion by newcomer Julianne Moore as Poppy, and please general viewers in the process.
