From Real Housewives of Atlanta to Don't Be Tardy, Kim Zolciak-Biermann has been a Bravo staple for over a decade. When viewers first met her, she was a 29-year-old single mom dating the mysterious "Big Poppa," who paid for everything she wanted. Now she's married to former football player Kroy Biermann and has settled down with children. And with her reality TV gigs, plus numerous skincare and fashion lines, she makes her own money.
But it isn't just her personal and professional lives that have shifted drastically. Bravo viewers have noticed significant changes to Kim's appearance over the years as well. While the mother of six doesn't pretend her looks are completely natural, she's also repeatedly denied certain rumors.
To start, the "Google Me" singer has admitted to regularly getting Botox and lip fillers. She has even posted about the procedures on her Instagram stories. The former RHOA cast member has claimed Botox is for more than just vanity reasons, saying it helps with migraines and her tight neck. And, of course, she has famously admitted to wearing wigs. In addition to injections, she also had a breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. Like the Botox, Kim has claimed the tummy tuck procedure was the result of a medical issue. She told People, "I had a major hernia after my twins, so I had to have it repaired regardless, and they do it the same way almost as a tummy tuck, so I said you might as well."
Though the Salty K Swimwear designer is pretty open about plastic surgery, some wonder if she's had more work than she admits. One of the most popular theories is that she's had a nose job. Some viewers say her face has changed so much, it must be more than just Botox. Kim has denied this for years. In August, the Kashmere founder went on an extensive, curse-filled rant about the comments and rumors she sees on social media. Bravo TV reported that she took to Instagram, asking "who the f--k is getting an altered face during quarantine, sweetie." She also reminded followers she has been on blood thinners since her stroke, adding "I wanna know who the f--k's getting an altered face when they're on blood thinners. Please tell me a plastic surgeon that's gonna touch my face, please." But these spirited denials have not stopped people from speculating.
Kim's oldest daughters and fellow Don't Be Tardy stars Brielle and Ariana are no strangers to plastic surgery, either. Kim got a lot of flack for encouraging both of her daughters to get lip fillers as soon as they turned 18. But like their mother, the girls have made it clear they will not let comments and backlash influence these decisions.
