The mom shares four children with ex-husband Kanye West: North, 8, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 1. Kim and Kanye are sticking together as co-parents despite their split earlier this year. Most recently, Kim supported Kanye at his Donda album release events. The reality star joined her ex on stage in an extravagant white gown to recreate their famous wedding as part of the show in Chicago. The West kids were also present at Kanye's events, proving that Kim is all about family.
Kim regularly shares what her little ones are up to on her Instagram. The business mogul recently shared a video of daughter North hilariously roasting her Instagram posts. In the clip, North mocked the way Kim reviews beauty products and made fun of her tone of voice. Kim's niece and daughter of Kourtney Kardashian Penelope Disick agreed in the video that Kim uses a contrived 'influencer voice' in her IG Stories. Kim was a good sport about the young ones' criticism and shared the moment with her millions of followers. Kim's latest update about Saint, however, is a heartbreaking one.
Kim revealed on her Instagram Story a heartbreaking photo of an injured Saint. The snap showed Saint in a wheelchair at the hospital. Kim's boy appeared to be icing his arm after it had been broken. "Who do you think cried more today?," Kim wrote on her Instagram Story. The reality star explained Saint had broken his arm "in a few places" earlier that day. She went on to describe her sadness through her son's hospital visit. "I'm not ok," Kim wrote.
Kim posted a follow up photo of Saint seemingly recovering. "My poor baby," captioned the pic, showing off Saint's arm in an all-black cast. Saint is known by Kim's followers for his adorable big smile shown on her Instagram, so the pics of him receiving medical treatment were quite the contrast to his happy presence on her feed. The reality star has yet to share the full story about Saint's injury, or what led him to the painful hospital visit.
While Kim wears many hats as a business owner and influencer, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is a mom first to her four kids. Kim's glamorous Calabasas lifestyle doesn't get in the way of the every-day emergencies that all parents experience. Because Kim chooses to put her love for Saint and her other three kids on display for the world, the star must also divulge some of the hard times the West family experiences.
