Now that Kim is legally single, the billionaire reality star is sharing more of her newfound romance with Pete. The couple remained strong despite all the attacks Kanye threw their way. After the rapper's last tirade that led to Pete contacting him to defend Kim, the comedian and SKIMS founder has appeared more united. Kim finally made things Instagram official with Pete in March by posting photos from their Valentine's Day date the month prior. Most recently, the couple appeared at their first event together at The Kardashians premiere.
Amid Kim's return to reality television, she's opening up about her dating life and why she's more private about her current relationship with Pete. "I do think that I am holding, you know, a little bit more close to my heart on certain aspects of my relationship with Pete," Kim explained on Hoda Kotb's Making Space podcast. Kim has been known to share intimate details about her love life on television and social media. However, Kim's life as a three-time divorcee and mother of four makes things a lot different while dating Pete. Oversharing her current relationship wouldn't be the smartest choice for Kim. For now, Kim is enjoying how "good" it feels with Pete. "We have this connection, and we have our little bubble of a relationship world that we live in that, like, not a lot of people know about," she said.
Kim recently shared another post teasing her and Pete's relationship dynamic. Kim and the SNL star gazed into each other's eyes while celebrating The Kardashians premiere. Pete is always by Kim's side and gives her a new sense of "fun" that the star hasn't enjoyed in years. Kim, who won't have Pete on the show, even shared a story of a day the couple enjoyed together running errands and took the opportunity to thank Pete. "For running errands with me, like, this is so much fun just to, like, go to a doctor’s appointment or go to the dentist and just, like, run errands. I’m having so much fun,'" Kim recalled telling Pete. Leading up to her divorce filing, Kim and Kanye spent months living separate lives. Even during the height of their marriage, Kim and Kanye's superstar lifestyles put a strain on their love life.
With Pete being younger and more into building a relationship with Kim, The Kardashians star is receiving increased attention than she's had in years. Pete fills a void that Kanye left open, and Kim is embracing her new romance. She's doing a good job at keeping their relationship private for now, but Pete could start to make some show appearances in season two. Kim is good at keeping viewers engaged and interested in her next moves.
