Ever since Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West have known each other, they've had quite a few memorable moments in pop culture - both good or bad.

When Kim and Kanye started dating, the fans on either side of the aisle were happy to witness these longtime friends engaging in a romantic relationship. In the beginning, it seemed like Kim and Kanye were the perfect match. Now, however, the relationship looks to be crumbling before our eyes.

The 35-year-old first met the Chicago-native rapper in 2003 while she was working as an assistant to R&B singer Brandy, as reported by Page Six. At the time, Kim was married to her first husband, Damon Thomas, but Kayne knew he could never give up hope in a potential relationship. He even revealed in an interview with Ryan Seacrest that he knew he wanted Kim to be his "girl for a long time." After Kim's infamous 72-day marriage to Kris Humphries, she and Kanye began a relationship in 2012. During a 2012 New Year's Eve performance, Kanye announced that he and Kim were expecting their first child together, North West. In May 2013, the couple attended the MET Gala together when Kim was over eight months pregnant. Just one month later, they welcomed baby North into their lives. Kim later appeared in Kayne's now-infamous video for his new song at the time "Bound 2". In May 2014, the couple got married in Florence, Italy, which was captured by the KUWTK cameras and included a 200-person ceremony. The pair went on to have three more children: Saint, Chicago, and Pslam. Their two younger children were born via surrogate. Recently, Kanye brought Kim to tears after he surprised her with a hologram of her late father, Robert Kardashian for her 40th birthday.

While the couple had some amazing memories together, there were also some that they wish to forget. In 2016, Kanye abruptly left his concert stage after receiving a phone call that Kim was held at gunpoint in her Paris, France hotel room. One month after the incident, Kanye had a mental breakdown while on stage. He reportedly was suffering from "exhaustion and sleep deprivation" and took himself to the hospital on his own. Kim and Kanye ended up spending Thanksgiving together as a family there. Kanye confirmed his bipolar diagnosis in a song released in 2018, adding that he was worried Kim would leave him after his media outbursts. On July 4, 2020, Kanye announced on Twitter he was running for president, and Kim seemed to support him at first. However, her support for his campaign took a turn for the worst after Kanye revealed his pro-life views and his stance on vaccines at one of his rallies. Kanye admitted that he originally wanted Kim to get an abortion when she became pregnant with their first child. Shortly after that infamous political rally, Kanye accused Kim and her mother, Kris Jenner, of trying to “lock him up” during one of his Twitter rants.

As of late, the couple has attempted to work on their marriage while on their private ranch in Wyoming. They even traveled to the Dominican Republic and Colorado for some private family time. However, it seems as though Kim's attempts to fix their marriage did not work.
