Kim Kardashian is facing criticism after The Kardashians star seemingly complained about the lack of alone time she receives as a busy mother of four. Fans have been seeing more of Kim scolding her young children as they tag along for some of her celebrity appearances. Saint and Psalm West have been winning fans over with their adorable brotherly love and rebellious antics. Kim even had to have Psalm escorted off set while on Jimmy Fallon. Kim is sharing what it's like being a high-profile superstar and mother of young kids ranging in age from 9 to 3.

The SKIMS founder has been on a promotional tour amid the launch of her SKKN skincare company. Kim has been using social media and press interviews to get the word out on her newest business endeavor. During a recent Instagram Live session, Kim had to calm her two boys down after Saint interrupted his mom to shout "Hi, Weirdos!" at the thousands in attendance. After Saint made his outburst and mentioned how much he "hates" everyone on the Live, little Psalm joined in sharing the same sentiments. Kim appeared annoyed but her fans found the family moment to be comical. Later that day, Saint and Psalm interrupted Kim during a live interview with Jimmy Kimmel. Psalm got so rowdy that he had to be taken backstage.

The reality star was sarcastic and joking while asking her boys to behave during their first time joining mommy at work. Kim recently opened up about how she spends her alone time without the kids. "I drop the kids all off at school and then on my car ride home I listen to the music that I want to listen to and that's good for my mental [health]," Kim told People. The billionaire mogul explained how she likes to "recharge" during this brief moment of being alone by listening to music and ignoring her phone. Kim touched on how challenging it is for her to even get a massage in peace because "someone always needs me." With four young children, Kim always has to tend to one of her little ones. "My masseuse always feels so bad for me," Kim said. "I can't get a peaceful massage." Reddit user u/geminieyye reposted screenshots of the article and fans couldn't help but point out the irony of Kim's "masseuse" feeling sorry for the billionaire superstar. "The attempt at being a cute and relatable mom isn’t translating well,"' one Redditor said.

Fans have been accusing Kim of bringing her kids to appearances with her as a PR tactic. Her recent Jimmy Fallon interview was blasted as a ploy to gain favor with the public and come off as relatable. Now fans think Kim is riding high on this new way of branding herself as a "flustered relatable mom," one Redditor quipped. "She needs a storyline for Season 2," added someone else. One critic claimed Kim is only going for the "relatable mom" approach after failing the baby bar exam too many times and slowing her process of becoming a law student. "My masseuse feels bad for me too, Kim," one fan sarcastically said.

Kim is often accused of presenting herself in certain ways as a form of branding instead of being her authentic self. The Kardashians family are masters at marketing and public relations. If Kim is subtly rebranding her public persona as an unsettled mother of four, it could work in her favor. Kids are always an easy way at gaining sympathy and understanding from the public. It'll be hard to bash a loving present mother to four young kids. This might be the branding strategy Kim needed to sell her new skincare line.
