The Kardashians star, Kim Kardashian, recently took to Instagram to condemn her ex Ye's (formerly known as Kanye West) antisemitic comments. Earlier this month, Ye was banned from Instagram and Twitter for antisemitic posts. On Instagram, Ye attempted to bash the Jewish community by claiming that they were in control of the media. After Instagram removed his post, the rapper took to Twitter to make further antisemitic statements, claiming that he would go "death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE" and made an empty claim that it's impossible for him to be antisemitic.

After learning of her ex's inexcusable comments, Kim knew that she could not stay silent. Kim took to her Instagram story on Monday to slam the hate speech. She reminded Kardashians fans that hate speech is "never OK or excusable," and reassured them that she "stands together with the Jewish community." Along with her posts, sisters Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and mother Kris Jenner all posted matching statements to their respective social medias in support of their Jewish friends and loved ones. Kim, while making it clear that a healthy co-parenting relationship with her ex is important to her in regard to her children, knew that it was her duty to speak out against hate, and delivered for her fans.

As far as Ye is concerned, this is not the first time in recent months that he has been in the public eye for distasteful actions. However, it is starting to look like it may be one of his last. Women's Wear Daily reveals that Balenciaga has cut all ties with Kim's ex, and Page Six shared that Vogue has committed to never working with him again. Adidas is also under fire as consumers urge them to end its partnership with Ye after he claimed, in an interview with Piers Morgan, that he was confident they would do no such thing. Consumers are hopeful of the split, however, upon learning that Adidas did put their partnership with Ye under review, after he debuted "White Lives Matter" t-shirts at Paris fashion week. The LA Holocaust Museum also invited Ye to visit their establishment, so they may educate him about why his words are so harmful, but the rapper hasn't responded yet.

Kim and Ye have been divorced since the beginning of 2021. Ever since then, Ye has been frequently featured in the media for his unfavorable behavior. He posts damning content on his social media about Kim and her parenting style. He also posts things about his long-standing rap career and his controversial political views. The unnerving part about everything that has happened after his antisemitic comments is that Ye has publicly admitted that he is not sorry. Furthermore, many fans are on his side and are using his mental illness as a diversion to justify his unfavorable actions. Some fans even went as far as hanging a sign that read "Kanye is right about the Jews" over a highway just this past weekend.

It is clear that the situation is getting out of control, and the support of the Kar-Jenners is only the beginning of the fight against this highly powerful man. Kim is unfortunately associated with him, but his most recent uproar has left her in shock. As the world waits to see what Ye does next, it is the duty of the public to continue to pressure those in charge to finally hold The Kardashians star Kim's ex-husband accountable for his actions.
